I have two in-ceiling speakers hooked up to a connect:amp. The connect amp and the beam are both plugged into the router directly. I am able to successfully add the connect:amp as surrounds to the beam setup but I am not able to get any sound out of the surrounds. Any idea?

Set the surrounds to “Full Mode” and try playing a music stream.
If there is no sound then try checking your wiring.
