Have a delay between Sonos One and Port, with analog Line to B&O A9. any solution?

Hellou, I have an older Phillips TV and even that there is an HDMI Arc on the TV, there is no audio playing from my Beam, so my question is following. When I use Xiaomi Mi TV box and connect it to a HDMI splitter to split the signal to two, one for the TV and one for Sonos Beam.Will it work? Will it recognize also the Dolby Atmos? Thank youKarol

I have a brand new Samsung TV just bought August’23. When turned on all sound goes through the Sonos amp. I goto the tv system settings and choose the sound output to be the tv speakers and it will switch over for 2-3 seconds and then go back the HDMI ARC. That all sounds and work great, but I should be able to limit the sound to only the tv speakers and play music through the amp via my SONOS app. This is an outdoor set up, and I would like to be able to have the kids watch TV while we’re listening to music on our outdoor speakers. The HDMI ARC connection is intended for sports or movies, not everything on the TV!Please Help!!!

Hello, I tried many times to add the Soundcloud account with no success. After the message 'Soundcloud is now set up on Sonos' and the invitation to go back to the Sonos app, the latter actually informs me that there is a 'connection error - there was a problem adding the soundcloud account'. For info, I was able to add the Spotify account. The discussion in other threads did not help unfortunately.

The spouse uninstalled and installed the Sonos and during that process the upgrade to S2 happened and I did not want that to happen.  GRRRRR   As my play 5 is not compatiable.  So, I’ve moved on from that situation/frustration and have decided to continue to use S2 instead of S1 after resetting most of my speaker/sub/boost (which is a lot) and trying to downgrade back to S1.  This is where the frustration turns to Sonos!  This should not be that difficult.  On the to problem:In my effort to rebuild my Sonos environments/rooms in S2 there are two speakers that were working just the day before the spouse unknowingly updated everything to S2 that will not connect to my S2.  The reason they are not connecting is because they will not reset…. I follow the steps as I did with the numerous other speakers; however, these two will not turn to flashing green - I still tried to add them anyway and S2 does pick them up and goes through the step to add them only to have a hard stop at the speaker s

Using a different method to store / play my CD collection. How do I remove my PORT.I see no remove option although it's not connected, and I get a warning of this.

Could someone kindly help please?I currently have the following LG Oled tv connected to Sonos Arc via Earc Sonos ArcSonos Gen 3 subpair of Era 300s configured as surrounds.The Era 300s in this configuration don’t utilise the main speaker.How can I add a CD player and what hardware is required to play stereo to the Era 300s so the centre speaker is used and retain the system as a surround set up for blu rays. Or is it not possible Thank you 

I’m very disappointed with the Era 300 as surround setup. I’ve just upgraded my theatre from Arc+Sub+2 Ones to 2 Era 300s and it’s underperforming due to central driver not firing in Era 300s. I’m going back to 2 Ones as surrounds as they provided a much better sound experience.  I bought both Era 300s at a local distributor’s store. I can easily return the speaker bought today, but I also want to return the one I bought several months ago, as I had bought it with the intention to upgrade my surrounds and now I found out they do not work as expected when paired together. 

Hi, I would like to know the impact of having 2 pairs of surrounding in front of my arc, see image below:The circles are the in-celling surrounding, the house was pre-wired for a 5.1 sound and since I got 2 sets of speakers,  I decided to connected all 4 speakers to the amp , but I'm curious if the 2 sets in front of the ARC could cause any degradation to sound    

This has been another major issue for us with little to no official remedy from Sonos.Homekit requires this back end update for certain accessories and is in current IOS (non-beta) software. Sonos’ only suggestion is resetting all speakers and re-adding (major timesink) which we’ve done twice, only to have the issue return. Any help from the team or ETA on a fix?

Hi i plan to acquire an arc, a sub and 2 era300 for my new home cinema system. i d like to check with you guys if a wired connection is required . I watched a youtube video and the guy said at least one of the speaker needs to be be wiredly connected .  Is it true ? Ideally i d like to use only wifi to reduce uggly cables . thanks for your inputs . pat

F****** app icon is constantly jumping up and down on my Mac. It takes like three separate interruptions just to get the f***er to install the update. We are remolding a house we will move into and we just finished our outdoor pool and looking at getting the Sonance 8.1 outdoor system and then also have Sonos bluetooth speakers in various rooms inside.  I would like to have all this on the same Sonos App where I can control it all together, or use different music in different areas.  And then I’ll combine the app to Google home to control it with voice.  I have searched for hours for this answer.  Hoping someone can help me out so I buy the right products!  Thank you in advance!

Hello all,Bought a new NAS (Synology). Unfortunately cannot my older sonos system /connect:AMP (using the S1 controller) won't add the path with my music. On my new sonos system (using the new controller) it does work. I did change the nas to smbv1 and i also checked the NTLMv1-autentication box. Tried to make a different folder/user account to use with my old system, but this also failed… does anyone here have any advice?Cheers  

both soundcloud and search function of spotify brokeni can see soundcloud is listed as partial outage ………. i’d say full outage as cant browse or play anything. Also any searches done, dont include spotify in results, which is two major sources of music. please fix ASAP please

After plugging in a Sonos Beam into the ARC HDMI port with a Samsung Frame (Portrait) TV— the Samsung TV now displays Sonos’ screensaver constantly instead of turning off normally, I’d like to go back to the Samsung Portrait working normally where the display is off until I enter the room and then a static Samsung provided image shows up. How can I disable this screensaver Sonos feature?

 Hi all I have an Arc+Sub, different One and a Move. The Arc+Sub are not connected on a TV at thé moment, i use just for music What ever i do, volume on Arc+Sub automaticaly down at 15% max or less (volume reducer 100%) Do You know this problem ? Thank You !  

I have a music library on a laptop that plays through Sonos.  Every track that I play from the music library has a 10 second dropout around 80 - 90% into each track but only in one room. I have a Samsung TV with a Beam Gen2The beam will randomly raise in volume to max level ( ridiculously loud) when TV is on or when playing music…. But also hear a pooping sound ( the sound it makes when you physically raise the volume button ) when the TV is off… then when it happens when the TV is off.. I check my Sonos app ( TV still off) and the volume slider button has moved to max volume… when it was previously halfway I have done everything suggested in the forums …unplugged absolute every connection including internet etc.. but I will be lying in my bed at say 5am in the morning .. no TV or anything else on.. and hear the popping sound raising the volume.. PLEASE HELP 🙏 …

On my Sonos system, out of the blue I saw that my SoundCloud wasn’t connecting and Sonos was asking me to re-authorize it, which I’d never seen before. Once I tried to, I kept receiving an error 500 message and Sonos wouldn’t allow me to connect.

Can this be done? I think I read I’ll need an amp for each pair of ceiling speakers and wall speakers but curious if these can all be paired together?

I have dropped my Pandora subscription and would like to delete Pandora from my Sonos 1.  Any suggestions on how to delete that station?  TIA
