Sonos app not working

When I connect to the app everything seems ok I can see my system , however when I play music it only allows me to play the last song I played and if I try to play anything from Amazon music it is unable to add to the que and there is an error code 1001 , if you are playing a song the only one I can if you turn the volume up or down on the app the slider works but the volume on the song stays the same , then after 10 seconds the volume changes on its own there seems to be a lag , I’m on fibre broadband any help I’ve updated my system to the latest software and I did a reboot .
