I have question for you. Today I sat down to listen to music and immediately noticed that the speaker (Symfonisk Table Lamp gen-2) did not limit the bass at high volume. At first I thought "Oh wow, that's great, the sound is powerful now) but after a while the speaker turned off. I did it several times just to check. Above 70% volume the speaker restarts itself, as if some protection was activated. On the back the LED light glows orange for a moment.

I would recommend that you submit a system diagnostic within 10 minutes of experiencing this problem, and call Sonos Support to discuss it. For streaming services, it shouldn’t be doing that, although for direct line in, it’s more possible.

There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution.

When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and network.
