Just moved. Needed to change Wi-Fi network. App won’t recognize wireless sun or ARC

Hi I bought a house with 2 existing in-celling Sonos speakers. I’m also considering buying 2 era 100 and a beam (second generation) for surround sound. It’s two cooper wires coming out of the wall under the TV.would a require an Amp to power and drift all these devices? Or would a port do the job? Would a need booth an amp and port to play them all at the same time? 

Hello Sonos lovers!I have had my Move for about 2.5 years now, and love it. I use it almost every day for 2-3h unplugged, then return it to its base. On occasional weekends, we use it fully for around 8h or so (maybe more?).However today for the first time, it started running consistently out of battery after about 1 to 1.5h playing. But what is weird is that after only about 10min on its charger base, it shows 100% battery, which makes me feels something is fishy. Last time I put it on charge today it literally went: 2% 7% 9% in about 2 min, then I looked again 5min later and it showed 100%. Surely it doesn't charge that fast. It's as if the system thinks the battery is empty when it is not!Anyone has advice/experience with this?Thanks!

Hello, I think it must have been the last update?My volume control on my mobile app has changed feedback. Before, when I slide it. it would click for each number up or down. Now I have no clicks and the volume does not change until I stop sliding or let go.I prefer the old method, I found it more positive and it gave a sense of quality. Anyone else? Simon

Hi, I bought a Sonos Move some time ago. I have been using with my Iphone using the bluetooth option and so far it worked perfect. This week I bought a second Sonos Move in order to pair both speakers and I downloaded the Sonos App. The new Sonos I just bought appeared inmediately but the first one does not. I have tried several things to fix it but nothing works so far.  

Hi. I recently changed my router and now my Sonos account looks like this. Tried removing the app but that doesn’t work. Both my products are still registered when I look at my account online. All tutorials for connecting to a new router require access to my system on the app which I am unable to do😩 Help!!! Thanks 

Hi all, I have just recently switched provider and they have issued me with a new mesh statement , up till then all my Sonos system has been working fine. The only system that is having issues is the play 3.  I have tried on several occasions to set up the system and I keep getting the same message that it wants to connect to a temporary network. I seem to be going round in circles here, any ideas or comments would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks in advance Andy

I have a Sonos Arc, Sub Play 1 x2 and Symfonisk lamp ×2, but am unable to turn it into a 5.1 in the app. It's either makes me pick the Play 1, or the lamps in a fresh set up. Are the Play 1 like the Symfonisk speakers where you can only have 2 as part of the 5.1 system? Tia

My sonons speaker works now only with Ethernet cable after ISP changed the router, I did couple of reset same issue, error 1000

Having dropouts.  Can’t put my finger on why.  Here are the facts: I have the following Sonos equipment:Sonos Boost - Hardwired into an ethernet switch in the garage, where my router is, at the front of the house. Sonos SL - in the same garage as Boost and router - not wired. No ethernet available. Sonos Arc, subwoofer and two Play:1 in my theater, basically the next room moving back towards the house. This is not wired, but could easily be wired as I have a backhaul to my router Sonos Base, two Play:1 speakers in the family room.  This room is basically in the middle of my house.  None of theses speakers are wired to ethernet but could easily be. Again, I have a backhaul to the router Off the family room is the Kitchen. I have one Sonos One SL. Not wired, No Ethernet available Sonos One SL in the Master Bathroom at the very back of the house. Not wired, no ethernet available. In the near future, there will be 3 Gen 2 Sonos Connects which will stream to three sets of outdoor speakers.

I recently change routers and internet provider service from Xfinity to Verizon 5G. As I was reconnecting my various Sonos equipment items, and all came back online except one. I have a Sonos Five on top of our wall cabinets in the kitchen, and the new router is one floor below, maybe 50’ away. I was able to completely reboot the Five speaker, and it would work temporarily, but for only 3-4 min. I did this two times. I’ve also unplugged it and attempted to have the system find it, but that was never successful.  Any ideas? 

Hello, Can I integrate theh Sonos1 with my Xbox Series S for sound? If so, please instruct me how? Also the modifications I’d have to make in the settings too.  Thank You i’d appreciate it a lot!

Good morningQuite mysteriously, my sonos player:3 refuses to work... it is no longer found or not connected (even though I haven't changed anything to my previous system)! I have tried every manipulation possible and imaginable…I removed the sonos bridge, which I had had for over 10 years and which has endured 3 moves!Nothing works... Do you have a tip?Otherwise, my system had two functions:- Listen to mescd which are all on my pc- Listen to the radioIf I have to change my system, which product (simple and not too expensive!) should I choose?Thank you in advance for your helpJean Marc

Hello!I’ve recently had to redo my home network from scratch which unfortunately included my Sonos Play:5. But it just doesn’t seem to work anymore, I’m following all instructions, factory reset all involved systems, updated all apps, Sonos works fine on the Sonos app but it refuses to link to the google assistant.  Google home app → Devices → Set up a device → Pick Sonos → Link account, continue → [here I come to login.ws.sonos.com]Continue → Allow google to control your sonos, Okay → [oauth-redicrect.googleusercontent.com, blank page with a link saying “Return to app” that doesn’t load anything]Anyone know how to fix this? Thanks to anyone reading this.

I have an Era 300 connected via Wi-Fi, AirPlay and Bluetooth and controlled by my iPad.Considering changing my iPad.As in the past, I’ll use my Mac to backup my old iPad and then transfer content to my new iPad.Will my Era 300 just work again after I change iPad or is there something I need to perform on my new iPad/app/Speaker to get it to work again? Thanks in advance…. 

In order to keep the guest network separate from the Sonos network, does connecting a boost solve the problem?

I previously changed my email address with Sonos many years ago and in doing so had to start with a new account on here so lost all my previous history and I seem to remember issues with my system as well but can’t be sure.I’ve heard a couple of horror stories where people have changed their email address for their sonos system and ended up losing radio stations and other things in the system and it wasn’t straight forward for them.Is it any easier now in 2023? All I want to do is change my email address for my system and these forums which I believe probably use the same login details? 

When I try to access my Apple Music I am getting a message that says it can’t be reauthorized until one or more of my Sonos products is updated. What does this mean?I have Sonos One speakers and a Sonos Sound Bar,  I can access Pandora and Amazon Music but not Apple. 

I finally got round to getting my parents Sonos system around their house. Its working very well, with one exception : the Sonos Port. It is set up and registered in the Sonos app, with a CD player connected to the line-in connection on the Port. However, I cannot find the right command to play the Sonos Port source via one of the Era 100 speakers. The Port is in the "Lounge" and the line-in on it is called "CD Player", and the Era 100 is in the "Kitchen". I've tried commands like;  "Hey Sonos, play music from the CD Player in the Kitchen"  "Hey Sonos, play music from the Lounge in the Kitchen" "Hey Sonos, play music from the CD Player in the Lounge on the Kitchen" I've googled, and there isn't much on guidance on the right voice commands to use, and I've looked in the app and cannot seem to get them to work. I can combine the two sources in the app, but the CD Player music still does not play in the Kitchen. Can anyone give me some guidance on this? I feel like I am missing something

I constantly get error 30 when trying to update my ERA 300 - this is the first installation/setup, so I have been unable to use the speaker. Have followed all the SONOS support guidance, even replaced the speaker with vendor, but same issue

Hi, get atmos when using 4K disc but when on prime , app comes up with multichannel pcm 5.1 my setup is arc and two era 300s and LG Oled55c26ld

Sonos App has stopped searchin Spotify.  Both Sonos and Spotify are “working” -- i can play spotify content from within Sonos -- but I cannot seach from within Sonos.  I have (soft) repooted the speakers, rebooted my phone and removed and then readded the service,  None worked.

Please somebody please help ! Every now and then very often recently, the serriund how as (???) i tried every thing , hard reset , un bing the sub , un bing the stereos, nothing help , everything seem ok i play music in night and by the morning its again appear for unlimit time and then fix its self after a while please find me a solution 

Hi. I feel like I’ve scoured the earth and read every article and forum posting there is on the planet. I really want to utilize my Sonos system because I love Sonos.- Projector: Epson 5050ub (no built-in ARC)- Sonos: Beam Gen 1, plus One SL surrounds (planning to buy a Sub later)- HDMI Matrix: Brand AV Access, has ARC and optical.- Apple TV 4K, XBOX XIssues:Can’t do TV Setup in the Sonos app Can play audio from Apple TV but only via Airplay. Can’t use Apple TV remote to control volume.  Can’t play audio from XBOX whatsoever. Have adjusted some settings, forced HDMI in XBOX settings.Questions:How can I make all this work? Is an HD Arcana Fury required just for sound and Sonos setup? Is a Beam Gen 1 even capable of this?Any help is much appreciated. Thank you.
