sonos move 1 wont downgrade

Brand new Sonos move and I can’t get it to work at all 

it’s getting very tiresome to use the Sonos system.  I have so many components of my system I am not prepared to lose by upgrading to sonos 2 app

this new speaker won’t downgrade and there for me - $659 I can’t use
