Bonjour à tous je viens d’offrir une enceinte sonos one sl à mon mari. Il souhaitait une enceinte connectée mais je regarde le site sonos et je crains que ce ne soit pas une enceinte connectée je me trompe ? Je l’ai achetée chez Darty et ils indiquent que c’est compatible Alexa et Google j’ai un doute Merci à tous 

I have some newer Sonos speakers (One, Play:5, Arc) and they will play the stations. They all work fine with Spotify and Amazon and indeed normal music from Apple Music. But if I play an episode from Matt Wilkinson for instance the Play:1 units will not make any sound. If I hit the play on the unit it starts / stops music everywhere, and the volume buttons make changes in my iOS app. But no sound. Not sure what to do.

Thinking of a T1 turntable with the Play 5.How are they connected?Can it be grouped with my other Sonos speakers? Thanks 

Making a new thread because none of the existing threads on this topic fix my issue.Got a new Sonos Roam yesterday. Tried to set it up, absolute nightmare (incidentally, all my Sonos set up experiences have been a bit disappointing, which is a shame because once set up, the products are great). Anyway. I can get to the stage where Roam tries to join my wifi network. After a while, it says:The connection to your Sonos Roam was lost. Move your mobile device closer and make sure Sonos Roam is powered on. My phone is right next to the Sonos Roam. There are no issues with the wifi dropping out. When I click continue, it prompts me to receive an audio PIN again (fine) and then when it starts flashing white and green tells me:Make sure the light on your Sonos Roam is flashing white and green, then press the button on it to continue.Light is fine, I press the button, but nothing happens. Eventually, then says:We didn’t detect a button press from your Sonos Roam. Let’s try again. Doesn’t matter

I recently put my small Sonos system in place on our patio: a Roam that lives outside in a dock in the warmer months paired with an Amp that is hooked into to Sonance speakers. Its a simple system and we are really happy with the audio quality from it.The reason we wanted the Roam paired with the Amp was to give voice control to the system. In a paired group we get exactly what we wanted. Only trouble comes when the power goes out, we have to go back into the amp and manually pair the devices again. I have seen a few posts of users with similar problems. Is there some kind of permanent solution to this? I am looking on purchasing a Sonos Arc, sub and 300’s for my surround sound solution soon.  I am going from your typical AV receiver to all the speakers via wires.  All my inputs go into my Onkyo AV receiver via HDMI and then one HDMI cable to the TV.I was wondering if I can just remove the speakers from the AV receiver and keep my inputs in place and essentially use my AV receiver as my HDMI hub.  This is mostly because my TV does not have enough HDMI inputs.  I would then use a HDMI Arc connection from my TV to the Sonos Arc soundbar and then of course connect the sub and 300’s via wireless.  Would this work?Devices:LG 60” TVOnkyo receiver (can’t remember the model atm)HD FireStick (primary source for TV - YouTube TV, Netflix, Disney+, etc)Playstation 4Playstation 5Xbox XThanks in advance for your thoughts and inputRob

Hi,I think this might have happened since the latest update but now, when I use one of my battery portable devices off it's charger, the App seems to continuously show it's at 100%. Noticed it with one of my Roams, that I use a lot for listening to podcasts via Bluetooth from my phone. Will test another Roam just to make sure it's not specific to that device.Has anyone else noticed this?  So, my other Roam has just now dropped down to show 99% so seems like an issue with the other one. I will try the other one again later to see if it continues to not communicate it's battery status to the App.  Moderator edit: combined posts

Hi, my Android app, no long shows Spotify and Souncloud, when I do a search  and select artist. Shows my library, but they have disappeared.  Rebooted everything, reinstalled Spotify (just incase) will show artist name in songs only. Only if the have a best of And help please.Michael

Hey all -  Just got my Era 100s and working on setting two up as a stereo pair. I have the line in adapter connected to one and am attempting to adjust the delay setting from 2000ms to 75ms in the Sonos app, but when I choose 75ms, the checkmark just jumps back to 2000ms. I’ve deleted and re-installed the app, power cycled the speakers, adjusted the source level setting, nothing seems to make a difference. 

Since yesterday (potentially linked to Sonos S2 15.2) the two sliders under “Sub Audio” are borked:When adjusting either “Sub Level” or “Crossover Frequency” the other slider follows and/or both sliders jump around.The issue is there on both iPhone (16.3.1) and iPad (16.4). I’ve tried restarting all components, deleting the app and reinstalling it.

Using the Sonos App 15.2 version is not the experience I expected from Sonos. Some of the controls like the Surround Audio sliders are jumpy and can’t be hardly controlled. Sometimes when I control the Music Level slider the TV level slider jumps as well. This happens on other screens like the EQ with the 2 sliders as well.I experience this on my iPad and iPhone (both on iOS 15.4)

Is anyone experiencing issues with crossfading on playlists. Random songs will play for around 10 seconds and then skip to next song. This happens in different rooms when using either Macbook or IPhone. Streaming service is spotify.If so is there a fix or do I need to wait for a bug fix update ?

Over the past month or so I am finding that playlist tracks skip prematurely to the next track when using the Spotify service with cross fade enabled. Tracks pay in full when cross fade is switched off.

Hi,I currently have the following products:Beam 2Sonos Era 300 x2 I can’t figure out the solution to this problem and surprised it isn’t just working. I added my Era 300s individually and grouped them. This works and sound plays when I group the same audio to groups within the same room. However when I use Sonos’s surround feature to add the same Era 300s to the same group as my Beam, it successfully adds them. I can control sound using the app or buttons on the Era 300, however NO sound comes out of the Era 300, only sound comes from the Beam. Any solutions to this? Also when I try to use TrueTone, it fails because the Era 300s won’t omit any sound, this only occurs in this Surround Mode Setup.  I’m playing spotify through the Sonos app and see the correct room selected, but I can never get the Era 300s to play when its added as surround with the Beam in the same Room Group. 

So I understand the Sonos port will allow me to stream music not only thru my sonos speakers but also to my home theater speakers via A/V receiver.  Does the port resolve/eliminate connectivity issues?  I frequently have to unplug a speaker that’s not responding so that it can reconnect.  I do have one speaker that’s hardwired via ethernet to my router but still have connectivity issues...I currently have 12 speakers thru various rooms in my home.

Hey guys,I am looking to buy either 2X Sonos Fives or 2X Sonos ERA 100 but I found out an adapter is needed to connect to a TV with the ERA 100Does the adapter affect quality ? Adapter is sold 25€ on Sonos website but it’s like 6€ on Amazon, do you recommend buying the official ? Also, Is it possible to connect the TV through bluetooth for both speakers ?Also, what do you recommend between these 2 ? The price difference is pretty huge (660€)I’m listening mainly electronic music (heavy bass) so I will add a 3rd gen sub for sure

Hi there,I am trying to play spatial audio tracks (or Dolby Atmos) through the Sonos app with Apple Music (I am on a trial).My setupBeam Gen 2 connected via ethernet cable to my router. It is also connected to my TV with an HDMI ARC cable but the TV is currently off. 2 x Era 300 connected via 2.4G wirelessly to the same router the Beam is connected to.I can get music to play for 10 or so seconds (I am testing with Abbey Road), the track plays fine and then cuts out and reverts to a non Atmos version (the Atmos logo disappears).I wonder if it is a problem with Apple as I can play Atmos content through the TV on the Netflix app.Any ideas please?Many thanks,Jason 

All of my wired speakers are 4 wire speakers with colors white, green, pink and blackHow do I connect to Sonos Amp or to CONNECT amp which only supports 2 wires.Is there such a thing as a converter? I’ve searched for one but can’t find

My AT&T router renamed itself after a power outage. I have two Play1 speakers that only work now if connected via ethernet cable. Stringing cables defeats the point of having a wireless system. I have to use my phone app to try to connect, but the app can’t find the speakers any more. I have tried all of the recommended troubleshooting. After hours of trying still nothing works. I spent an hour with support, but they weren’t much help. After restarting my router several times and doing factory resets it was clear that they were going in circles. They had no suggestions.The system selection on the app is grayed out, so no help there.These speakers sound ok when they work, but it’s always a pain to get them to work. Are they just too old? Are the Play1s no longer supported?. 

I can’t see the Amazon created playlists on my Sonos app. Not the playlists you personally create - the ones that Amazon’s create. I can see them on my Amazon Music app but not on my Sonia app. anyone else having this issue? They used to be there   

Hey everyone,I’m planning to buy a pair of Sonos Five that I will dedicate to music only.I want to connect both speakers to my TV but how is it possible with only 1 jack 3.5mm port on my TV ?I’ve also read on the forum that these speakers are not meant to be connected to a TV as it can cause some delays. Is it a big issue in my case ? I will listen DJ sets from YouTube mainly, will it be noticeable ? Will the sound quality be affected ?I do not want to buy a Sonos soundbar as I already have a Samsung one connected to this TV that I dedicate only for moviesI was thinking of a solution but I don’t know if it’s a good one : Buying a Sonos AMP that I will use to connect my TV through arc and Sonos Five speakers through wifi ? Is it possible ? (it might be a very expensive solution tho… if it’s working) Thanks for your help

My era 300s are in surround mode with my beam gen 2. Does prevent me connecting with Bluetooth? I've followed all the online help files re connecting Bluetooth. Neither speaker has a blue light come on when the button is pressed. I'm connected to Wi-Fi securely. Hopefully there is an answer out there.
