I have factory reset my Sonos devices & can't seem to get them to connect to the new router, the app can see them but can't seem to connect to the wifi & it's driving me nuts, the system is about 6 years old & hasn't been used as a surround sound set up in some time but really want it going asap, any help would be greatly appreciated. Cheers

Why factory reset? It’s not necessary. See https://support.sonos.com/en-gb/article/connect-sonos-to-a-new-router-or-wi-fi-network

You’ll have lost all your settings, playlists, and so forth but we are where we are. Tell us about the new router. If it’s a mesh router is there still an internet gateway router in place? Have you tried wiring one Sonos device to the router, at least temporarily to get the system set up and running?
