Hi guys, my new beam doesn't show True play in the app like my era300 does, any ideas. Thanks

Are you on iPhone or Android? You’ll need iPhone to Trueplay the room containing the Beam.

The Beam doesn’t do an internal TruePlay like the Era series can, you would need an iOS controller to run a TruePlay process.
I have a new android phone, tho I still have my old iPhone 8, should I try that?

Yup. Download the S2 app and away you go. Settings/System/roomname and scroll down to Trueplay.
