Just bought a Beam Gen 2. Sound quality is incredible but at high volume (> 55%) and bass-heavy tracks there’s a distinct rattle/buzz coming from inside the unit. It’s definitely the Beam itself because it continues if you pick it up. Stops if it’s rotated onto its back. 

My guess would be that it’s a ribbon cable that connects the touch panel on the top, but I’m not sure if this is a design issue (at which point swapping it out won’t help) or a fault with mine.

Your best bet would be to call Sonos Support directly to discuss it.

When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and network. I don’t think there is much this community can help with about a physical issue.
