Hey everyone,I just bought a pair of ERA 100 Speakers that I want to put on wallI also bought the dedicated wall support but I’m wondering if I can rotate the speakers 90° just like below :I think the speakers pretty heavy and i’m scared it fall, is it possible ?  

My system (running on Sonos Net) has been stable for about a year. For no reason, no WLAN changes etc. the r/h stereo pair (Play3 - deats below), keeps ”forgetting” its paired status and no music will play thru it. The L/H speaker works fine, whilst still paired. If I break the pair I can play music thru the individual R/H speaker without needing to reconnect to SonosNet or system. I can even re add the 2 speakers to a steep pair again with no problem. However, overnight the R/H speaker will stop playing in a pair and I have to repeat the same process. It is not dropping network or Sonos net connection overnight. I have removed the whole system and reconfigured it all again but same thing keeps happening. Also, recent software updates (latest = 15.7) removed my System Name from the config and only retained the speaker products. Had to re enter the System Name multiple times as keeps forgetting this setting. Also, when streaming from Spotify, crossfade does not work, tracks cut into eac

Hi, I am using 2x Era 100 as stereo pair connected to my PC via Bluetooth. I’d like to add a Sub mini to this pair. Will this system work for Bluetooth streaming via PC/Mac? Sonos website mentions that the Sub Mini does not support Bluetooth. I know I could add them as a system on Sonos app and airplay music, but I am not sure if it will work with BT.

I have a Sonos sound bar, subwoofer and 2 speakers that I purchased in late 2016 in the US. I’ve just moved to the UK and I’m hearing that components ‘should’ be able to be used here in the UK but I want to confirm that before I try plugging them in and connecting them.How can I determine what models I have, and if they are or are not able to be used here in the UK?

I have three zones. Somehow the app got scrambled, misidentifying each zone. How do I reprogram the app? Thanks 

Hello, I’m looking to hook up roku ultra to Epson Home Cinema 1080P Projector to sonos amp but unable to get sound out of speakers.  Currently I have HDMI 1 on projector to roku ultra and HDMI 2 going to sonos amp.  I look on sonos S2 app for configuration but unable to find the connection.  Any help would great. Thank you!

My One SLs all of a sudden essentially just sound like main speakers (similar to my ARC); whereas previously they were more for surrounds/rear speakers. I’ve removed them and added them back in but still no change. Any idea on what is causing that?

Hi everyone!I am Pablo and just received my beloved Sonos beam gen 2. I have watched so many videos about how easy it is to pair it with your phone and I just can’t. The app says that any device is found. I already unplugged the Sonos and restart the rooter, but any good news. Any advice would be more than welcome. I am running out of patience and hope. Thanks in advance.  

I have recently purchased 2 x Era300 and Cannot get Dolby Atmos sound. I tried them firstly as rear speakers to no avail. Then I tried to make them surround sound after first separating them. The system would not let me alter them to surround. Which I believe needs to be surround for Atmos to work.

Is there a way to play music stored on a portable hard drive ?I tried plugging the drive to my asus router but it doesn't pick it up.Ta.

Hello,I’ve just moved countries and no longer have in-ceiling rear speakers for both my living room (arc + old sub + amp + 4 x in-ceiling rear) and bedroom setups (old beam+ amp + 4x in ceiling rear) I’m thinking of replacing the in-ceiling rears with 2 x era 300 in the living room and 2 x era 100 for the bedroom.  Would I no longer require the amps with these new setups?Apologies if it’s been asked before, tried to search for an answer.  regards,JP

This morning I woke up to a laser surgery commercial, followed by music from the non-commercial radio station I had set as my alarm on Sonos (mid-song). The commercial was not from the radio station. Previously the Sonos alarm would go straight to the music I had set as the alarm, and it was great. Now it’s not great at all. It seems Sonos is now inserting commercials. Is there a way to avoid these commercials? 

When playing Spotify to Sonos via Wi-Fi on an Android device, sometimes I need to change the volume of another application (such as the Clock application) using the device's physical buttons so that I can hear an alarm sounding. However, this simultaneously and unwantedly increases the volume of the Sonos speakers. Is there a way to disable controlling the volume of Sonos speakers via the device's physical buttons and limit control of the speakers' volume to the Sonos application only?

Can’t you just use Sonos speakers as speakers? No internet involved just plane old speakers. 

I have an older Sonos Play 1 and Play 3 and they are great. They are all communicating with my Orbi mesh router and have been for years. Smartthings can’t seem to control them via the current app on my iPhone 14. I have several routines on Smartthings that will pause/play the speakers at given times. Here’s the rub...the Sonos speakers will no longer accept commands from the Smartthings app. However, the Smartthings app DOES recognize a change in status! If I try to control the Sonos via the Smartthings app, nothing happens. Yet, if I control a speaker via the Sonos app, the Smartthings app notices the change! So, we know that the Smartthings “sees” the speakers and knows status but won’t control. I’ve deleted and reconnected the Sonos devices to the Smartthings app and it works...ONCE. I’m thinking that the Smartthings app is the issue as the Sonos app and Alexa all control the Sonos with no problem. iPhone 14 iOS 16.6Oh… and what is the WAP Tigger (trigger?). Hi, is there any way to permanently link a set of Sonos Ones with a Roam (which I am using as a bridge to play a Bluetooth-only source onto my Ones)? Currently, the transition between playing a streaming-source (which makes use of all the speakers turned on) and playing the bluetooth device is not so seamless as the Roam automatically gets ungrouped from the Ones every time it detects the bluetooth source and I have to re-group them manually.I thought I would just be able to add the Roam to the same “Room” as the Ones, but the “Living Room” doesn’t appear as an option when I try to assign a room to the Roam (a new room called Living Room 2 gets created automatically).I set up this system for my uncle who has a disability so it’s kind of hard for him to remember all the steps and scenarios.  Many thanks

I have Sonos 5 and Sonos 1 which I use through my wifi but people keep changing it with airplay how can I stop this it’s annoying and I can’t seem to open it on Sonos app. 

Today, when selecting any of my subscribed BBC Sounds podcasts, I get the message that they are no longer available on BBC Sounds. But they are, and I have to play them through the BBC Sounds app on my iPad. Sonos status page says all services are running fine, so no idea what the problem is. All was working well yesterday. Live radio from BBC Sounds is working ok. 🤷🏻‍♂️ Anyone else having this issue today? I’m based in the UK.

We have recently moved house and tried to set our our various Sonos speakers again but are having trouble with one of the Move’s. We can get it working correctly for 2 or 3 seconds but then the volume drops down to 15 automatically and we can hardly hear it. If we put it up again the same thing happens. Any ideas ?

I have Alexa whisper mode on but it responds loudly. I have tested it on Era 100 and One. It works on One but not Era 100.

Help pls! Sonos play 5 was working fine till last night I go to use it and it’s not working, I’ve tried everything the app tells me to do but still nothing, on my sonos app it’s saying can’t connect to Sonos Wi-Fi , I’ve been through all the problem solving but still it won’t connect . 

Hi, I am experiencing intermittent audio dropouts when streaming certain content.  Setup is FireTV stick connected to Sony TV via HDMI, then optical out from the TV to an optical splitter.  One of the outputs goes to the PLAYBAR, the other to a set of headphones.I am noticing dropouts when streaming Netflix and Hulu primarily.  These dropouts last a fraction of a second but are very noticeable when the audio is loud.  Not sure if this will work, but here’s a recording - the dropout is right about in the middle of this car engine revving.https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/1vxfg46pz722oygx7p7n6/sonosdropout.mp3?rlkey=zw0ons5hdpfkbc2hqys6gdh23&dl=0 I do not get these dropouts when listening to the same material on the headphones.  I have swapped the optical cables between headphones and PLAYBAR, and the problem follows the PLAYBAR regardless of which cable is used.   I found a similar thread here from about 6 months ago but with no resolution.   Any ideas?  Thanks!

I have a total of 5 speakers 5s, 3s and 1  All S1.the 1 does not connect it is unreadable to the system and all the others are on. I have tried every thing but I think it is cooked. can I please get it replaced and how.  Please advise. Moderator edit: removed Sonos ID as it’s identifying information

I have Trueplay setup, but I also would like a second sound profile. I notice when I manipulate the EQs, it affects my Trueplay sound. Is there a way to have one profile be just Trueplay and the other a completely different sound profile?
