Hi, Is it possible to group a number of speakers to work as a single zone (possibly in mono), other than having to parallel the speaker connections on an AMP for instance?It there a way to have say multiple AMPs controlled together as a single zone, in a ‘fixed’ configuration as opposed to having these grouped or ungrouped through the app? (such that the user cannot change this configuration)?Another idea (or feature request) would be to have a 100V version of the AMP that would cater for this very easily. With thanksKeith

SHORT VERSIONI will soon do a hardware upgrade of the S1-only components of a Sonos system that is currently split between S1 and S2, and want to unify those separate systems into a single S2 system. What is the correct process for doing this, particularly in regards to when I add the new components?The online documentation I have found does not directly address some of the concerns I mention in the long version. My Roam will connect to Bluetooth and the app will show it as connected to BT whilst playing. it will not connect to Wifi despite several resets and setup attempts. The setup works very well until I get to the ‚connecting to Wifi‘ part. i have UniFi access points and have made changes to settings suggested by other users. Allother Sonos devices on my network work well. Assume this is a faulty device i need to return?

Hi everyone. I just got a SYMFONISK speaker and successfully installed the Sonos app on my Samsung phone. I added the Spotify service correctly but if I try to install the Tidal service the app goes into error even though the Tidal site gave me confirmation of authorization.Has this happened to anyone yet?

Sub says connected but no sound. Occasionally I can restart the sub and it will connect, but then loses connection.  20233538

I know the arc doesn’t have a line in. I was wondering how how I can connect the turntable to play through the home theater.   So far I have only been able to connect to the era 300 by line and use them as a stereo pair but I want the full effect of the complete home theater. Do I need to buy an amp or a port? or am I able to do this with what I have already

When I plug in my connect amp the light turns white for a split second, then turns off and will not come back on. Does not respond to a hard reset. I have disconnected and reconnected power, and run diagnostics within ten minutes of the problem. Here is my diagnostic confirmation number: 1352236845

When i search for a song it can not connect to YouSee. I can login in to YouSee without a problem when redirected from Sonos.

Ok. I had some sort of issue with my wifi and I had to reconnect everything for some reason. I have a ZP80 and two Sonos Ones acting as a stereo pair and I am on S1. I have everything connected again now, but I am missing how to switch to my RCA out so that I can stream the cd player to my speakers via the ZP80. What am I missing? Both the ZP80 and my speakers are on the system, I guess I just need the RCA out option to show up on the controller. Thanks so much for any help you can provide! -Clint

I’m trying to use my Samsung earbuds with my Samsung tv. When I switch the tv on, I’m given the opportunity to connect to the buds. I choose that but then Sonos kicks in and switches the output away from the buds back to the soundbar.So far the only way I can use the earbuds is to unplug sonos and as all wiring is hidden that is far from easy.Am I missing something.Hope someone can tell me of a better way. TIA  

I have three Sonos speakers, an Arc, an Era 300, and a Roam. Like many other people, I get many error messages while using Apple Music about songs not being encoded properly. It can be one or two songs or the whole album. I don’t have this problem with Amazon Music, but much of my music is on Apple from i-Tunes era. Albums by the same artist purchased about the same time may have error messages on Apple, but not on Amazon. These albums play perfectly well on my computer. This is very frustrating since I can’t use my new Sonos speakers for a large part of my music. Since compatibility with Apple Music is a major selling point for Sonos, fixing this problem should be a priority.

I would like to connect my turntable using line-in adapter in the ERA 100. But I would also like to use the same ERA100  as an Airplay2 device. Do I have to unplug the line-in adapter from the ERA 100 in order to be able play music from my iPhone (Apple Music)? Or how do I chose the source? Of course I can´t play  simultaneously music from the  turntable and the Apple device. I´m a  new Sonos user or will be in the near future.Also I would like to know the difference between using ERA 100 line-in port and Sonos Port device when connecting a turntable. If I´m going to use the Sonos Port then I can place the loudspeakers more freely in the room? The turntable and the Port can be situated in a separate room (using wi-fi connection)?

Please could someone advise on the below? We have Sonos speakers mounted in the reception of an office building and are currently using Spotify to stream the music from the PC. I was hoping there would be a way to save entire playlists from Spotify onto the Sonos controller itself, so that they live on the PC Controller and Spotify is no longer required. Is this something that’s possible? Or is it the case that an active Spotify account needs to be linked to Sonos in order to play music?

On My Beam Gen 2, is the speaker supposed to stay on ALL the time? Can it turn off?

I have a Sonos amp w 6 outdoor speakers and a sub.  I have been listening without issue for about 2 months and out of the blue, 3 speakers (left channel) have gone out.  Still listening to the right channel speakers w/out issue.  Before I start digging up my landscape any suggestions?

Hi! I've decidced to change my current setup with Sonos and i'm not familiar with its capabilities.I'm interested in getting one Beam and two Moves. I would like the two moves to move around the house and when it's time for movie to pair them for stereo with the beam and eventual sub.Would that be possible and if so would you suggest to be good idea or is there a flaw in my desire.As addition will it be possible to stream the sound from PC to sonos and a wall projector at the same time without any additional complication and/or latency?Best regards!

 I would like to put in a place a Dolby Atmos sound system for a 98" TV going into a cinema room. Sonos eARC has been recommended but I would like to know if the rear speakers in the set up can be Sonos ceiling speakers as opposed to freely placed ones. Many thanks,N

I’m just setting up my new Sonos Roam, and I can’t get any sound out I’d the speaker? ( but there is more volume from my iPhone?) what have I done wrong?  

My Gen 3 Sub was working perfectly until about 15 minutes or so ago.Reflects as ‘connected’ in app. Reset modem and then power cycled the sub but still no luck; it just does not have any sound output/drivers do not move when playing heavy bass when I was testing it. Oddly the app was able to detect and connect to it again but there’s still no sound coming out of it.Tried TruePlay and it failed because it was “unable to hear one of my speakers”.System set up is Arc/One x2/Sub.Any help would be most appreciated; my diagnostics number is ***.
