Connecting Move model S17 to Ion Bluetooth turntable

My Move (model S17) connects to my Ion Bluetooth turntable no problem but then the sound doesn’t come out of the speaker. Any ideas what the issue is and how to fix it?

(this is a recent issue and has been working fine for years. The Move has received all system updates).

Welcome to the Sonos Community!

Please try rebooting your Move:

 

  1. Take Move off of the charging base.

  2. Hold the power button for at least 5 seconds, or until the status light turns off.

  3. Wait 10 seconds.

  4. Press the power button or place Move back onto its charging base.

Please also reboot the turntable by removing power for about 30 seconds.

Try playing to the Move once more - if you still have the same issue, I recommend you get in touch with our technical support team who have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and what it reports.
