spotify says it's connecting to my sonos one on Windows 10 desktop app one but won't connect help! Windows just updated. I reinstalled both apps and did a hard restart with my WiFi and restarted my PC.

Just to confirm: you are using the Spotify app on your PC? Does the Spotify app on a phone work instead?
If so, all I can recommend is rebooting your router by switching it off for at least 30 seconds, and try removing then adding the Spotify account from your Sonos system:
Remove a music service account from Sonos
Add a music service to Sonos
If that does not help, I recommend you get in touch with our technical support team who have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and what it reports. Please be aware that it’s possible that they may refer you to Spotify support, however.
