Trueplay and iOS 17, one month later

It’s been a month since the official release of iOS 17, and many month of beta so developers could update their software.

Trueplay still doesn’t work.

Vote up if you think that we need an explicit apology and a date for when it will be fixed.

Trueplay works on iOS 17. Trueplay just isn’t supported on iPhone 15 models yet. Also, something in iOS 17 screwed up Trueplay on iPhone 11 and 12 models. Sonos is aware of this and is working on fixing it.

Ok. I have an iPhone 12. It’s not working with iPad 4th generation either.

Isn’t the OS on the iPad 4th Gen too old?

Sorry: iPad Pro 4th generation, released 2020.

The iPhone 12 was released on the same year.

Thanks for the link. The iPad Pro 4th gen is listed as not currently supported, not even the last iPad Pro. For iPhone only the new models are listed as not supported, but not the iPhone 12 despite being fully supported by iOS 17.

10/29/2023 your customers “are still waiting” tell your AppDev team wrap up code review push the release so I can use truplay for all my Sonos home and office on my iPhone 15 Pro
