Hey there I am hoping this thread picks up a fix but having read so many others I’m not sure.Firstly I have read similar threads to my issue but feels that its worth posting to see if this is a different issue.I have just bought a LG OLED65C34LA and connected it to my 4yr old Sonos ARC, configured the sound to run bitstream, pass through and it works fine when not Atmos, but when Atmos the sound isn't stable, I get a drop every few seconds.The issue is on native tv apps (Netflx, apple TV) and also when I connect my apple TV 3rd gen to the TV where its different with Apple is there is sound until I play Atmos content and then nothing.  Sky is similar with Atmos audio very unstable.I have upgraded all HDMI Cables, I have reset and rebooted countless times on all devices. all software is up to date with LG releasing an update this week that has not resolved the issue.  Also connected devices at different stages to see if the order and pace is a factor and it isn't.So any thoughts?  I am p

I recently changed internet providers. I have 2 speakers and I can only get one of them to connect. How do I get the other one to connect. When I plug it in, the light just keeps flashing orange.

I have a pair of Ikea/Sonos Symfonisk speakers that were working fine until recently. Now they will not connect my android phone Music Library via WiFi with the current S2 version app.  I read online that S2 does not support WiFi connection to a local Music Library any longer, just to music services; is that true?  I’ve tried to connect via bluetooth with no luck and I don;t see that the (2021) Ikea/Sonos Symfonisk speakers have bluetooth capability.Can I still connect IKEA/Sonos to V1 app? How do I roll back to V1?

I want to play itunes through my sonos play 3 speakers. I attempted to connect itunes to the sonos app on my pc and got this message “ Apple Music must be added to Sonos from an iOS device or Android phone. then listen from anywhere, including Mac, Windows, and Kindle.” I have a IPhone 14. How can I use itunes with Sonos system?

After updating some speakers to a new wifi, my app suddenly won't allow me to add additional speakers saying "incompatible software versions". I'm on V16 (android) which is "up to date". So how do I regain control of my system?

Only about half of my youtube music playlist is on my sonos app - it will not sync anymore.  I tried disconnecting and reconnecting the router, etc.

My Sonos move started disconnecting from the network and I had to factory reset several times. The Arc and Five have been unaffected. Now Move will not even turn on. Have moved charger to different outlet with no change. The charging light goes on when you first put it charger then immediately turns off?  Had it died? Just under three years old

I have a Port (using as my streamer), a turntable, a CD player, and a power amplifier. I want to include a preamplifier in my set-up. How do I make the appropriate connections?

 When using my era 300 in bluetooth mode, every minute or two the audio will briefly pause for a few seconds, then resume.Anyone know of a fix?

Hi,Just picked up an Arc. When I’m using certain apps (ex. YouTube) the audio is great, sounds amazing.  Other apps (Netflix and my cable box) are a lot more muffled. I noticed that it will switch me to “Dolby Channel PCM 5.1” and that is usually when the sound quality will go down.  The Netflix and YouTube apps are both built in apps that sound totally different. I’ve tried multiple videos on both and get the same results across the board.  Everything is up to date.I’ve tried every combination of eARC and pass through.I’ve got voice enhancement on. I’ve run multiple trueplay through multiple phones. 

We have been using Sonos for 8 years now. We started with Play 1 and Play 5. At the moment we have about 10 Sonos devices, Move and play one mostly. Last year has been awful, disconnects, app wont see all devices etc. For the last two months it seems updates fails and need to be tried three to four times before they applies. We have a solid Wifi with two Unifi APs. Three sonos play one are connected using ethernet, rest is wifi.Any idea before I replace it with something else?

I am considering adding a Sonos Arc under my tv. The tv is above a fireplace so there is no option for placing it on top of a media unit and also because of the fireplace, no option of running wires through the wall. I am not thrilled about the appearance of the power cord and HDMI running from the arc to the tv above, so I am considering mounting the arc to the tv and having the arc sit directly under the tv. I see sonos sells the following: https://www.sonos.com/en/shop/sanus-tv-mount-arc, but sonos also says the arc should be 4 inches below the tv.Is mounting the arc directly under the tv (with no or little gap) a feasible solution to my problem of not wanting to see these wires, or will I really be sacrificing on sound performance?Are there other solutions others have explored? Many thanks in advance. 

Anyone else having very small skips with Apple Music on 15.2.1?  Never had this issue before. The skips are a fraction of a second and clickless. It’s not skipping to the next song, but like you removed ½ second of a song  Seems to happen every 1-3 songs - don’t know for sure. There’s a Reddit thread on it so I must not be alone…

Hi,trying to connect Project T1 BT to my Sonos MOVE  , I can’t do it. I’m turning off and on the BT module on the Project T1 BT but it never connects to the Sonos MOVE while the LED is blinking blue.as a result, no sound from the vinyle on the MOVE?any idea on how to make this working ?thanks

I’m a longtime Sonos user but recently I have been unable to drill down to albums in my Tidal searches. I make it as far as the artist, but when I click on albums…spinning wheel of doom.i have already rebooted all Sonos speakers and router. Also deleted Tidal and then added it back again.

Hello - New user here trying to use Sonos as my Home Theatre Sound with current built in speakers. I have wired 5.1 speakers that go to utility room. I have a receiver that is wired to the speakers that I want to use for sound but no sources to the TV from the utility room.  Can I use Port to stream sound via Airplay 2, cast the video to the TV via Airplay, choose the Port as sound source, use the built in speakers as the audio? Or what would be the best way to get sound and video to setup knowing that TV is not wired to any location and sound is pre-wired to ceiling speakers via audio receiver.  Thanks 

I have applied track level volume leveling tags to my library.  Tracks play back at same level on computer speakers using MediaMonkey, MusicBee and WMP, but when played through sonos system volume of different albums is all over the place.  When I look at the properties of each file I can see normalization has been applied. Leveling was done using MediaMonkey.  Files are either mp3 rips or downloaded from Amazon, not iTunes.Thoughts?

Hello. My Play:1 speakers are connected to my Playbar, and while watching TV, the surround sound cuts out constantly. It mostly does not work, and only works in spurts, intermittently. The sound works fine when playing music via Spotify.I believe this problem has been happening for a while, but after moving to a new place, it seems to be happening much more often, constantly. My Playbar and Play:1 speakers are all connected via wifi to my home network, which uses eero mesh.My diagnostic confirmation number is 1020397049.Thanks in advance for any help you can provide!

Hi guys.My setup is:Hisense e7kqapple tv 4k Sonos beam 2 +sub mini.my problem is when I play Dolby atmos content there is a huge delay. First the delay is between when I play the movie and the actual sound is playing and then there’s a sync issues.is there any fix to this?

Was there before as I've played via YT Music previously. No option now though.Any ideas?App version 11.2, build 571946310 TIA

I have just been given the gen1 Play:5 from my father, as he bought it new, used it once and it has been in a cupboard ever since, he’s moving house and he gave it to me as he didn’t use it. I have tried to set it up using the Sonos S1 app and it comes up when i go to set it up but when i press the volume up button and the mute button at the same time when prompted, the chime plays and nothing happens on the app, what can be done about this? I can’t find anything online.

why is "home screen volume control" disabled?Can't there be a hint shown why the control is disabled instead of having the user browse in forums for the reason?

Connection with optical digital cable from my Hisense smart TV to Sonos Ray and keep getting massage "no signal detected". What else can I do?
