Our OneSL will not reconnect following a short power outage last week - we have reset factory settings multiple times and also used the Ethernet cable from the router. We can see that the speaker is connected to the wi-fi network however the speaker is not recognised in the Sonos app. The app then sends us back around the same loop again to reset and re-connect the device. We have update the App, tried 3 different phones and also tried on a new account. Our speaker is only 5 months old and we’ve never experienced this issue before - any suggestions on alternative approach

You made things hard on yourself with the Factory Reset, it rarely solves things and shouldn’t be done unless Sonos Support suggests it.

Connect the speaker to Ethernet.

Go to your router’s DHCP settings page and set all your Sonos to have static/reserved addresses.

Power down all Sonos. Reboot router. Restart Controller. Power up your Sonos.

Now since you have only the one Sonos you lost everything when you did the Factory Reset so you need to go back to the initial install steps, just like you did when you first got the speaker.

If it fails that your best bet is calling Sonos support and seeing if they can help you past the factory reset issues.

Probably doing the address assignments/reboot was all you needed if this happens again or if someone else is looking at this topic for help..
