Looking to understand if there are any issues etc. Also are there any alternative wifi sub’s that are better and will work with the sonos amp and keff wired speakers?

The Sonos Sub will work with the Amp regardless of the brand of speakers attached.
The Amp has a sub out so you can use any ACTIVE (internal amp) sub you’d like.
