I have Sonos arc and sub gen 3 that I want to use them with ps5, pc and Apple TV, the problem is that my projector EPSON EH-TW6250 don’t have hdmi eARC, i think about something like the arcana, but it’s very expensive and I don’t just want to buy it, if you have any suggestions it’s really helpful for my, thank you.

I recently upgraded from xfinity blast (had no issue for years) to gateway for more bandwidth and now I can’t connect any of my Sonos speakers to my network. When I troubleshot through the Sonos app it says that Sonos only supports Open, WPA and WPA2 security. I found that the gateway was set to wpa3. I changed it to WPA2, reset everything and tried again with no change. After connecting to my beam through the Sonos app and hitting the button on the back it asks me to put in my wifi password, after doing this it gives me the error that there was a problem connecting to the network. Any suggestions ? 

sonos app doesn't shows the speakers but  spotify shows it and able to play the music. All speakers connected via WiFi. I need to group 2 speaker together that's why I need all the speakers shown in the Sonans app

Brand new Sonos move 2 won’t charge regardless any type of power input. I tried resetting it and the battery remains at 13%. Is this a common hardware or software defect of the move 2 or did I get a dud?

Hi alli purchased two Christmas presents for my self, a Samsung S90CA 55” OLED tv and Sonos Beam Gen 2. I went with products without hesition as I already own these manufacturers and have done so for many years.The tv is fantastic as is the Sonos “BUT” like so many people I have an issue with keeping connection between the two. Ii have I have followed both the instructions and read the forums. I have tried the original and expensive hdmi leads and tried only having the beam connected. I have run diagnostics checks from both sides. When the fault is apparent the Sonos app tells me the hdmi is not connected.Everything works brilliantly, the Sonos app remote, the Samsung app remote both doing what they should, being able to switch between streaming music and the switching back to the tv via my phone all works great “UNTIL” I turn the tv off for the night, the next day I turn the tv on and the sound bar won’t work with the tv until I pull the power lead from the back and plug it back in, s

Hi, I would like to know if it is possible to connect the Sonos Play 5 to the TV.  If you can connect a turntable via RCA cable, it should also connect to the TV. If anyone can give me some clarification.  Thank you

Im having an issue with my Beam and Sonos One surrounds.  The surrounds don’t omit any sound or are very quiet when watching the TV.  I’ve adjusted the TV volume in the setting to a max of 15 but that doesn’t seem to impact it. They are around 3m away from each other and Beam I’ve unplugged, left for 10mins and then they work for a few mins then just drop out and go quiet ive tried Truplay but that doesn’t workreally annoying as I know the signal works as when music is on, it’s fine.

I’m having an issue with the sub (gen 3) that I have added to an arc and TV. A couple weeks ago the sub stopped working with the TV and movies, but works perfectly fine with music via Spotify.Removing the sub and re-adding didn’t fix anything. Any ideas of what to try next?

I have just swapped over from a LGTV C9 to a LG TV B3 I thought the setup was the same but Ive got no sound to Sonos beam on the optical port has anyone else had the same issue 

I just added an era 100 to existing sonos system. It took forever to get it to add, requiring multiple unplugs, etc. and once it finally added, it doesn't allow me to play music through it. There was an error message that said something along the lines of using a non-compatible app. I have the sonos v2 app, which is what I've been using for my two play 1 gen 2 speakers. 

Do the various SONOS RADIO channels have corresponding playlist available to listeners

Hello Everyone !I hope your having a good day :)My father is very sick, and he will have to stay at home for quite a while. I said to my brother : lets buy him a new TV ! And he said : Lets buy a very good soundbar as well! So here whe are : i bought a SONOS RAY and a TCL 55C645 (not the best, but good work according to me)=> The problem is that i cannot link the TV remote to the sonos ray, i know he can use the app, etc… but it might be interesting to use only one remote :)The remote is this one : RC833It seems that the remote and the TV cannot handle IR remote type? So my question : do you think i have to buy an other soundbar if i want to use only one remote?Did you already had this kind of issue?I read a lot of topics, but cannot find a way to solve my issue... Thank you a lot for your help <3 

Hi. Running S2 on a system with kitchen (play 3) , dining room (connect amp),  2 bedrooms (beam 2+ play1) and garage (play bar), with a boost hardwired to my router (archer AX11000). We listen to live radio on BBC sounds, usually in a group with the kitchen and dining room. Everyday, the dining room cuts in and out, and sometimes we lose all speakers playing from BBC sounds.  Diagnostic 542872192 taken from last night.  Any ideas??  cheers Andrew Edit:The system is working OK so far today. Hi last night I was streaming audio from a Fire Stick to a pair of Era 300. Everything worked great for over an hour. Then suddenly the audio stopped for about half a second, and when it returned the two speakers were not in sync, there was a half-seconds lag between them.Re-pairing Bluetooth did not fix it. We only got it to work again by breaking the Era 300 pair and then pairing them to each other again.Can anyone suggest a cause and fix?Thanks Jim    

I have just bought a beam gen 2. I’m trying to setup the Google assistant but it seems to just loop in circles saying I need to “register your speakers” I have everything on my Google and Sonos account correct so is there something I’m missing? 

Anytime I attempt to play a podcast through YouTube Music, I receive the error "Unable to play (podcast) - the connection to YouTube Music was lost." I've tried disconnecting and reconnecting the service but with no luck. I'm able to play music, just no podcasts... Anyone else experiencing this?  Thanks!

Hi  I have recently bought a LG OLED G3 television and have an older Sonos play bar which connects to the tv via an optical audio cable. I can’t seem to get any sound to come out of the speaker. When I open up the Sonos app it says it is not connected. However the red light is on the cable showing that it has power from the TV.  i have gone though the settings on the TV to sort the radio frequency and IR issues but still have no sound.  any help would be appreciated

I powered off my Connect Generation 1 and then reconnected power.  After a while when it would not even boot, I have now factory reset it and it is now stuck with a flashing green mute button.  When trying to add it to my S1 Controller application it finds the unit and identities it correctly; but nothing happens when I press mute and Volume + buttons together to actually connect.  The app times out the connection attempt.Any ideas for a solution would be  uch appreciated.

I have old generation 1 equipment operating on S1 app (playbar, subwoofer, 2 connect amps, play 1 and play 5. One of the connect amps powers 2 passive speakers. I plan to get new arc for TV upgrade so I think I will need to get 2 amps to achieve system compatibility with S2 app. My question is will old sub , play 1 and play 5 work effectively on S2 app or do I need to replace those speakers as well. Finally will upgrading old subwoofer enhance overall sound. all sugesstions are welcomed.

I have a pair of TruePlay-adjusted stereo-paired Ones in my 12x10 home office on a built-in corner L desk setup in front of me and a little off to the sides about 6 feet apart and three feet away from me on the sides.  I’ve felt the sound was lacking a bit in mids and bass, as expected from units of this size.I considered adding a mini-sub or replacing the Ones with a pair of Fives in the bookshelf about 10 feet behind me.  I don’t think I have the room for a pair of fives there, so I decided to try one of the Fives horizontally behind me (center of the wall, ear level). Because it is behind me over my shoulder, I’m obviously not getting the full advantage of the sound from it.  I’ve found that adding/grouping my existing stereo pair of Ones on the desk at a lower relative volume adds desired depth and front-sound stage, but a slight yet noticeable echo delay between the two sets.I put the other five in the family room for music down there.  Would I be better off taking the office five

I have a Music Library on my desktop computer (PC) that is shared with my Sonos Move 2 speaker. I would like to ADD several albums to my Sonos Playlist, R&B. It appears that I can add individual tracks but not albums to the Playlist. Is there a way to ADD albums in their entirety?

So here’s a question. I have a fairly straightforward 5.1.2 surround set up using an Arc, Sub Mini with 2 x One Gen 1 set up which I use in day-to-day use. I dusted off an old unused Beam Gen 1 with the aims of selling it but just for fun, I decided to group the Beam on left side of my room and was REALLY pleasantly surprised at how well it filled in the space, especially with music.I’m now kind of tempted to by another second hand Beam Gen 1 to do the same on the right but I just wanted to ask if anyone can explain how grouping the additional speaker works and changes the sound signature. As a 3.0 speaker, does it just serve stereo or does it serve as a 3.0 (FL-C-FR) or something else?It would be very cool to be able to add other (older or newer) speakers into the mix to serve as additional height, side or other channels and open up a lot more options.Keen to hear any thoughts and feedback.
