Waiting to see a reply b/c I’m having the same issue with my Era 300’s
Its the new app guys. Sonos broke everything and is just not responding. It’s insane.
I found a solution!!! If your new speakers say “Not Registered” . Which is what mine said. Logout of the app then log back in and then hit the fix it on the speaker. It will link immediately. Hopefully this works for you.
