Hello, i have my sonos arc connected to my TV Samsung s90c (2023) bye HDMI arc. The soundbar sounds good, but i'd like to listen the soundbar and the TV speakers at the same time. Is It posible?Thank you

Going out of my mind here folks !!Sonos speaker starts playing a Spotify playlist (much later) after I have left the house & WiFiCurrent hardware/software which is obviously always changing with updates:> Iphone 15 Pro> Spotify App and also desktop versions on Macbook Pro and Air. > Sonos (plenty of them around the house) w/ 1 continual offending culprit - Sonos Play 1Problem statement:Go in to home gym, utilize Iphone 15 Pro to play music from Spotify App to a specific Sonos Play 1. When done, sometimes I press pause on Spotify app, sometimes pause, close app, etc… regardless, music stops / pauses play. Sound is done etc.. gone.Leave the house in 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Sometimes play music with USB to Iphone and through Apple Car Play in Jeep. Make a few stops. Generally a few hours later, when getting back in car, wife claims Sonos speaker in gym is playing music again. Tonight, I had happened to be out of the car, car shut off, and was maybe 2-3 miles from house. On

I’ve just taken delivery of a new Beam 2 direct from Sonos. As I was taking out the box I noticed that the trim/case just above the ports popped in and out under light pressure. I might be being fussy but I’m worried it’s going to rattle when there’s sound going through it. All my other Sonos speakers feel really solid so it caught me off guard. Anyone else’s like this? it doesn’t look damaged so not sure if this is normal?  

I’ve had the sonos playbar for years, and i decided to “upgrade it”….  how is it possible it sounds noticeably worse.. very poor bass response, and i need to raise the volume significantly higher for the same desirable sound level in the room…. have others felt this level of disappointment? is it just assumed you need to have a subwoofer? when i didn’t need one before?

I have a Ray for my TV in the living room and I have a One that I want to add in the kitchen so that I can hear the TV better.  Understand it wouldn’t be stereo, and there might be a 75ms delay, but I think that may be ok.  Can’t figure out in the app how to join them?  So now I’m wondering if that is doable, or if I need 2 Ones…?

Does anyone know why or how to alphabetize the individual songs contained in each playlist created?  Playlists can be alphabetized but when you’re playing a list you have to manually move them around which takes forever.

My sonos move is not connecting when im trying to broadcast music to it. Ive registered it multiple times in the sonos app and its not working. 

Hi I have a Samsung x90 TV with straight fibre 500mbps internet and am plugged via HDMI into my Sonos arc with a sub and two era 300s.  all my online streaming shows have the audio skipping in and out. Every 10 seconds or so. Sometimes every 5 seconds sometimes every 30 seconds. It’s definitely a speaker issue as I unplugged the Arc and the sound is fine from the tv speakers.  I don’t know what it could be? My network is very strong. A loose cable? Please help!

I have seen this issues in many forums where Sonos ARC is not able to play Dolby Atmos content from Apple TV (3rd Gen) or other devices like roku, xbox etc. Not that there is a sizable population struggling to find a solution this problem. Has anyone been able to get any resilution ?My Setup: Apple 4K → Epson 1100S (HDMI In) → Epson eArc Out → Sonos eArc InAppleTV Setup: Video HDR10+, Audio Dolby Atmos (Or No HDR)Issue: Sound Skips to almost NO soundHigh Quality ethernet enabled HDMI cables (24Gbps) used for all connectionsI have been waiting for 5 months now to find some resolution. We paid for Dolby Atmos would like to get 100% out of our cost. This seems to be some cheating on SOnos side that they are not addressing the issue.

I’ve recently reset my Sonos One speaker and everything is ok except when I now ask for my News Flash Briefing using the Alexa voice command it replies ‘getting your flash briefing’ and then follows it up with ‘sorry this update is not available’. It repeats that four times as my briefing is set up for Sky News, Sport, Business and then the weather update. My skills are enabled.

I am trying to set up Sonos system in each of my 4 bedrooms. What I would like is each bedroom to have ceiling speaker(s) with ability to play a different audio in each bedroom.What would be the cheapest Sonos solution?Thank you

I have to continually reset my connect and various speakers to pull them back into the App.   This just recently became a problem,  I feel ever time I open the App different speakers are missing.   Re-adding the missing speakers to the app is not easy,  in some cases it takes several tries.   I’ve been a SONOS customer for 10+yrs with the same equipment, and I never had this issue until recently (past 12 months).   Wifi in the house is solid, when the speakers are connected I never have an issue with the music cutting out.  All other Wifi devices in the home is working as expected.  

I have an Arc in my “TV room” and a pair of One’s (R + L) in my “Kitchen”.  In the Sonos app, these are in rooms with these names.  With Alexa, I was able to speak to any speaker in either room.  However, I’m trying to switch to Google Assistant and appear to be able to only speak to one speaker (currently the right one in the kitchen).When I try to add GA to the Arc via the Sonos app, it recognises the Arc but when I click “Open Google Assistant App”, it says “There was a problem adding Google Assistant”.  I’ve got the latest Sonos, Google Home and Google Assistant Apps.  I’ve tried linking and unlinking in Sonos and Google Home.  In Google home, I can see the Sonos speakers in their respective rooms.  I can ask GA on the kitchen speaker to play music in the TV room and it works.  I just can’t add GA to the Arc so I have to shout to the speaker in the kitchen.Is this normal (i.e. a limitation) or am I missing something ?  I don’t want to add a separate Google device as I would expect

Hi CommunityFirst post so hi to everyone.I am having issues with my sub connecting to my BeamThe sub connects to the beam but no difference in the sound and no bass increase.In the app if I switch the sub audio radio button off the sound is better and bassier,.Occasionally it works but that is random and either have to reboot router or call into support, but soon dropa out again.Reading the latest reviews tells all, the app is failing massively and with each update it gets worse.Anyone else seen this or have any fix ideas?ThanksMark 

As topic says, using voice control on Sonos ROAM will not play a playlist that is saved on Deezer.The command instead seem to be searching for the playlist name as a search term, and then playing those songs.Example:Hey Sonos, play ‘My Favourites’ [and various variations inclusive of service name etc] The playlist is saved in Deezer as My Favourites, and still successfully add to the list via voice command to add a song to ‘My Favourites’This featue has been the most used and why I used Sonos, as it use to work.Any suggestions? Anyone else having same issue? I found a near matching topic here [closed] I did update to latest firmware.

I’m currently trying to add a play 3 to my existing home system, Current system is a combination of Play1s and play3s all running on S2.when I add this new Play 3 I get to the point where it has been added to my network and software says it needs to update my new speaker, it starts and then stops, giving an error code 9, incompatible speaker.I have tried multiple factory resets and taken the speaker back to S1 using the S2 app, the result is always the same, Error code 9Has anyone else experience this?

As a new owner of a Beam Gen 2, I'm happy with the purchase, much better than what I had.  That said I was expecting a little more to help my older and abused ears with television voice audio.  I was thinking the addition of more speakers could help.  I was contemplating the addition of a pair of Era 100's or one Era 300 (about the same cost).As mentioned they would be for television/video streaming.  Home theatre benefits are great but my priority is voice audio especially at lower volumes.Thanks for any advice

Hello I recently purchased a Sonos Sub Mini. To my surprise I discovered an assembly defect. I still have a Beam 2 and two one SLs so I'm used to the quality of Sonos. Please tell me if this "defect" can affect the subwoofer in the future. Dust can get in, the hearing quality can decrease, warranty problems, etc. I tried to press on the swelling, but it returns in the same position. The seller offered me a 10% discount, but I don't know if it's worth it because it looks worse than a resealed one. 

Hello Everybody,I have just purchased a Sub Mini, this one is linked with two Era 100.I use these devices only for music, for you what is the best configuration ? Loudness on or loudness off ? What is the volume of your Sub Mini ?At this point, I have put the loudness to off and the volume of the Sub Mini is 14 and all of these devices has a Trueplay.Thank you forward for your feedback.Kind regards.

Does anyone read the comments on Google Play about how bad this app is? If these were cheap, as in price, I would have made a Youtube video showing how an un-satisfied customer takes a 10lb sledgehammer to unlistenable Sonos speakers.You guys don’t even reply to any of the comments, why? 

Evening All, I have been trying to set up my new turntable and new Era 100.I bought a generic 3.5mm to USB-C adaptor. Can’t get any sound out of the Era 100, nor see any options under Line In. Removing that adaptor and connecting the 3.5mm to the back of a Sonos 5 gen 2 get everything working. For layout purposes I’d still prefer to connect via the Era 100. Is it likely to be my adaptor or some settings option I haven’t noticed in the app or on the deck?

my era 100 cuts in and out when trying to group with my sonos arc , sum and sonos 1 surround system

Hello there,I have a Sonos One and a Sonos SL connected to the router downstairs and all is super there.i purchased another Sonos SL for the bedroom which operates on a different router. I connected and it worked but as soon as the email connection drops (happens fairly regularly) or a power cut this Sonos needs resetting. It just doesn’t seem happy to be on a different router. I try to control from my iPhone but sometimes it shows the speaker, sometimes not. I have factory reset to get it to work but just not happy. There must be an easier way. Do I need another piece of kit or a different Sonos?
