Hello,

My sonos roam appears as switched off in the sonos app. I have tried to charge it via USB c câble and wirh thé wireless "triangle"...none of them worked. I alors tried to reboot but didn't work...

Would you have any suggestion ?

How are you trying to recharge it? What voltage and amperage are you using on your charger? Have you called Sonos Support directly to discuss it?
