We have a samsung the frame TV in the kitchen and the speakers are really poor for the size of the room, we currently have a one under the TV we use for radio ETC. I sometimes use a Bluetooth speaker connected to the TV to get a better sound, and this got me thinking about a move.  Does anyone know if you can connect a sub/other speakers to the move, when it is being used as the primary source of audio ie when being used as a bluetooth speaker ? 

I use my Sonos Connect as a streamer connect to my Hifi, and I am currently using Amazon music as a music provider. The problem is that I cannot use the Amazon music app to select the music to stream through my Sonos Connect, I am forced to use the Sonos app; this is a serious limitation since in this way I cannot use most of the functionalities provided by the Amazon music app, which are useful in discovering new music. Do you know which HD music provider (e.g. tidal, deezer, etc.) would give me direct access thorugh their native app to my Sonos Connect streaming functionalities?Thanks a lot!

I can’t use the app if I don’t join the current account linked to the network I’m trying to connect to.Why is my app forcing me to connect to an existing email address on the network when I want to set up a different system in my room so no one can control my music (unless they have the password to my email address of course). For context, my mum has 5 speakers around the house. I’d like my own speaker to act separately to hers. Every time I reset the app, because I’m connected to the same wifi, it forces me to join my mums account. How can I do my own thing, with my own speaker, but on the same network? Any help would be hugely appreciated as currently my speaker has been in a cupboard for 8 months as I’m failing every time I give it shot.

I have started to experience static and crackle in my Sonos one SL surround speakers but only when watching the Fox Sports channel on my cable.  Football crowd noise and NASCAR is where it’s most evident.  Has anyone else experienced anything similar?

I am moving house and my new home will have a converted outbuilding (14 ft long, 8 ft wide, 9 ft high) intended mostly as a music room as I’m a keen music lover. There will be a TV in the room as well (when I want to spare the rest of the family from my motorcycle and F1 racing viewing) Some of my current sonos system will probably be used in the living room of my new home for TV viewing, namely the beam (gen 1), Subwoofer (gen 2). The two Sonus SL speakers might be free for use in the music room. This means the vinyl listening components - a turntable and a Sonus Connect (turntable connects to the line inputs) will be available for the new room. For the new music room, at this time I am thinking about buying two Sonus 5 speakers, and perhaps a subwoofer at a later stage if I still need extra low end. This would be decided after living with the fives for a while. Buying the 5 will mean that I probably don’t need the Connect any more as I can use the line input of the speaker. So the Co

I have Sonos ARC, Sonos SUB and 2 IKEA Symfonisk as Rear.(Looking at Netflix in AppleTV connected to Samsung Q95 tv, connected to Sonos ARC with HDMI-eARC) The app says i got Dolby Atmos (like the picture). One guy says that i need to have 2 Sonos ERA300 as rear to get Atmos. And the app is just fool me.  is it so? What is right? 

Just fired up Sonos and went to stream Sirius.  Upon logging in I was asked to reauthorize my account. I did and now it only shows the channel and not the channel and song playing.  Please fix asap!!

So I just added 2 Era100 as surround speakers to my  Arc and Sub mini setup. I always stream music and films from my Xbox. Services like Disney will give me surround sound, no problem. Spotify however will not. I have no idea why. Surround will work if I stream Spotify directly from my Tv tu my phone. Thanks for your help. 

I’m having trouble with my Connect amp.the music keeps cutting in and out.recently, I left it unplugged for a day then plugged it back in and it worked fine for two day, and then it went back to intermittent.it surely can’t be Wi-Fi signal. It is less than 10 feet away from my broadband box with two standard brick walled in between.just below the connect amp is our back TV which is connected to SKY a stream mini box and the picture never wavers, even when the Connect Amp is playing intermittently.any suggestions for a fix gratefully received.if not, my wife says it’s going in the bin!bob.    

I have a Connect Amp connected to my setup through WiFi. I have a problem playing BBC through this device, it keeps cutting out. I use BBC Sounds, and this is the only radio I have problems with, everything else plays properly. Because of this it can’t be the device or set-up, so what is the problem?

Could a pair of ERA 300s be used in conjunction with the old Playbar and SL 1s plus the Sub to improve the sound in a surround sound situation but not really being part of the surround sound set up, but being set up as another room. I currently have the surroundsound set up as I described above named LivingRoom and I was thinking of adding the ERA 300s as Livingroom1.  Would this work?

In the Sirius XM app, channels do not list. Favorites show and play, but the other channels do not list. I have rebooted the Sonos and the router. It is the same on all devices having the Sonos app. i sent diagnostics 1664276331

I have two play ones paired in the kitchen and a few time I have come home and they are playing music with no body in the house. It also has happened a few times where I have been there and they randomly start playing. It is only this paired play one’s doing it. If I select the speakers in the Sonos app I can see it is playing from Spotify and there is no queue for the tracks. I have then cancelled it playing. 

is anyone else experiencing a conflict between the Sonos signal and BBC Sounds?All other Chanels are working.

I used iPhone and MacBook air (M2) to play apple music and Spotify, and the sound is perfect from Sonos Era 300 when using airplay in the app of these. But when I used the sound output from my MacBook sound setting, the sound turned to be broken and jerky.How could I fix this problem.I had update MacBook to the latest version, and when airplay the sound to bose portable home speaker. It works well at that device…….

Sorry, My english is not good first.last week, I bought a set of very powerful speakers.I’ve done trueplay & EQ tuning a few times but I cannot hear any sound bouncing from above from any atmos content. (I see the flag for atmos). I feel BOSE 900+700 is more powerfulI need your help and advice. Do I need to cover the kitchen when run Trueplay?​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ 

I have 2x one’s,  beam (gen 1)  and a move (gen1) can I group ( not pair ) a Era 100also would a connect (gen 2) improve my sound quality?  

I have multiple Sonos amps all connected to router via ethernet (and 1gb fiber internet service), and all music services I use work more or less flawlessly except Amazon Prime Unlimited HD which drops out/pauses/stutters frequently IF I START AN AMAZON PLAYLIST FROM WITHIN THE SONOS APP.  However, Amazon music plays perfectly on Sonos IF AND ONLY IF I either start Amazon on Sonos via alexa oir by aircasting from the Amazon music app from my phone.  But if I try to play anything from Amazon Music Unlimited via the Sonos app, it will not work.  Any suggestions?

I use an hdfury Acana to solve lip sync issues with my Sonos arc but the arc won't connect if I have other devices connected with hdmi like a blu Ray player.  I have to unplug any other hdmi connected devices and the arc will connect.  Any help would be appreciated.

 Good day, Sonos community. This is the first time I'm posting here since I recently acquired a Sonos Era 300. I loved its sound and I want to acquire another system, but I have doubts. My bedroom is very small, approximately 2.5 meters wide and 3-4 meters long, literally a square, and I don't know which system would add a plus to my Era 300. Perhaps another identical system or a Sub Mini, what do you recommend? I hope you have a good day.

Hi, what's up? I have a TV Samsung q70t and a soundbar Sonos Beam Gen 2. I have a problem playing content Dolby atmos (Netflix, Amazon, HBO), the sound cuts out every 10 to 15 minutes, less than a second. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

I can play music on my Sonos Five from my iPhone, but not from my computer, even though they are both on the same WiFi network. Why? Moderator edit: changed HiFi to WiFi

The Sonos app indicated that I'm reaching the limit of albums I can add to "My Sonos".  Where did this limit come from,  what is it, and how can I save more albums?   It's not like I have many saved as it is - maybe 20 or so.
