Hi everyone. I have two Sons Play:1 speakers and a Sonos Beam. I want to connect these to my Samsung Smart TV and use them as a surround sound system. I have been able to set them up as surrounds on the Sonos app but can only get the Beam to connect to the TV. Is it possible to get all three of my Sonos speakers to connect to my Samsung TV?

Good day,I have changed from internet supplier and my sonos set up is no more recognised, only ARC + SUB.I do not sucess to catch ERA on my SONOSNET network (ARC is linked with ethernet). ERA 100 are WM3 on the SONOS app.WHat should I do ?Thanks,Best regardsDamien.

I have aplaybar and a sub. ive been trying to get them updated for the pass 3 days. I have doe evrything but the playbar cant update.

Solution: 3 Amps, 1 Connect Amp, 2x Sonos Ones.All Amps are wired in.Recent Problems:One Amp drops out for about the last 10 seconds of each track.One Amp occasionally drops out for a period of timeThis started, then stopped for a while but has now started again.Any ideas as this is very frustrating

Does anyone know if the Samsung UN43NU6900B 42 inch tv is compatible for this Sonos beam soundbar attachment that goes directly under the tv and is moveable with the tv? And if not, what would support Beam attachment on Samsung tv?

I pay for Soundtrack Your Brand and when I complained to them about how their Scheduling service doesn’t work with Sonos, and I have to use Sonos Alarms instead, I was told that they have problems with features on Sonos because Sonos doesn't support volume normalization for playlists. Sonos Alarms are not ideal, as they immediately cut off any song that is playing and then slowly start the new station listed per the alarm with the sound slowly moving to the designated volume. This is pretty jarring in the middle of service. The Alarms are made necessary because Sonos doesn't allow Soundtrack to play without using the Shuffle option, and when shuffling Soundtrack itself uses an algorithm for the shuffle so you end up hearing the same song multiple times, not matter how long the playlist is. It feels like all the features of Soundtrack are being limited because Sonos has its own commercial music competitor now, which is a real shame.

Trying to connect sonos to my new S23 phone, app keeps telling me I need to allow location permissions to connect to my network, it sends me to settings, but I already have given permission for precise location. Have tried reinstalling sonos app, unplugging/reseting router, turning off VPN, but keeps sending me to settings to give permission, which, again, is enabled. Any help would be great, thanks! 

I have the Sonos Arc as part of my surround set-up.  Lately the volume will either mute or shoot up to maximum volume on its own.  There is a bleep which proceeds this.  Sonos customer service is no help, all they say is unplug it for a few minutes and then plug it back in.  For a nearly £1000 sound bar I am really not happy!

I have a problem with my pair of Era 300. When I play music through Spotify or through Spotify via AirPlay, the music plays for a while and then shuts off, even though my phone or PC shows that it is playing.  I've tried unplugging the speakers, closing the Spotify app, or switching from AirPlay, but the same thing keeps happening. Anyone have a similar problem?

I just received my Pro-Ject Turntable today and hooked it up as described.  I plugged into my Play:5 which I had set up as a stereo pair.  The speaker that the wire was NOT plugged into played while the speaker that had the wire into it was silent (save for a hum.  There are two ground wires on the cable that came with the turntable and I’m plugging directly into the Sonos so I didn’t know what to do with that extra ground plug.  The phono stage on the turntable is set to line out and now nothing is playing.  Not sure what’s wrong.  I have another Pro-Ject DC Carbon hooked up to a regular receiver and speaker set with its own preamp and it plays perfectly… HELP! 

I control Sonos devices on my iPhone/Sonos App. I have lost connection with all my Sonos devices. Even 2 Connect Amps ethernet wired to my router. Devices do still show up in the System Info page. Shown as ‘not connected’.  I have gone through the power off routines on the Sonos devices and the router (several times). I have deleted and re installed the Sonos App. I had an energy Smart Meter installed a couple of days ago. Sonos was fine before the Smart Meter. This is the first time I have used the Sonos after fitting the Smart Meter. A coincidence? Or could the Smart Meter interfere with the Sonos/wifi signal?

Hola!! Estoy teniendo problemas con mi Sonos Sub Mini. Me aparece que está conectado al sistema, la luz está encendida, el ecualizador ajustado. Pero no suena. Lo compré hace 6 meses y ya no funciona. Puede ser posible esto?ya lo reinicie, lo desconecte y cuando presiono el icono en la app para que emita sonido, lo lo hace. A alguien le pasó lo mismo? Hello!! I'm having problems with my Sonos Sub Mini. The light is on, the equalizer is adjusted. But it doesn't sound. I bought it 6 months ago and it no longer works. Can this be possible?I already restarted it, disconnected it and when I press the icon in the app to make a sound, it does. Someone with the same problem?

When I move my speaker from 1 room to another, unplugging and plugging back in, it disappears from my system, I then reconnect it by holding the connect button whilst I plug in. I follow the connection instruction and all works until I move it again. is there anything I can do to stop this from happening every time I move the speaker?? 

I have a Sonos account at the office, one at my friends place, and now I have to set up mine at my place. Is there a way to set up multiple accounts on the app via my iPhone without logging in and out every time?

I was happily using Spotify to Airplay to my speakers and then I wanted to use YouTube, which would have been fine except that I was not trying the correct way, thought I might need to use the Sonos App and found that it had been paged out on my ios system and as a result lost all my options setting etc. Also when I want to add my speakers back it goes though and then asks me for password, where do I find the password?

I have had a Sonos system for some years and all has been working well. I recently had to change my router as BT have moved me to digital voice.  Since that move, my playbase keeps disappearing off the network.  If I reboot the playbase it reconnects and works for a while then disappears again. I have no issues with other Sonos products, just the playbase. I use a BT wholehome mesh network and the playbase connects to this wirelessly. It seems to connect using the 2.4 GHz channel.  All the other Sonos products connect on the 5GHz channel.   The whole setup was reliable until the change of router to the smarthub 2. Any suggestions as to what the cause might be?

My Sonos beam to just recently started dropping to volume level 15 whenever I turn it up for movies or Spotify music. It’s hooked up to a projector now, but it started happening prior when it was hooked up to my Samsung newer TV. It’s always worked fine for a year. Not sure what’s going on. I unplugged it Plugged it back in reset up the system and I’m still having the issues. Any help here? 

I have a small room with a wall mounted, head level Beam 2 and 2 x Play:1s on floor stands at head level on each side of the sofa, slightly behind my sitting position. The Play:1s add a lot of bass in sa mall room, I tried a Sub Mini but the room size doesn’t need it.I've ordered a pair of Era 100s using the 30% upgrade code and thinking of keeping the Play 1s purely as surround speakers and using the Eras as a stereo pair, facing the sofa, just for music playback.I've been listening to music using the Play 1s and Beam but thinking it's probably not the best way to hear music, with the ones behind me.Am I right in thinking that a dedicated speaker group pair of Era 100s facing me is the best approach?

I have 2 play 5s, a sub and a play 1. I’ve recently got a new router and can’t seem to get my play 5s to work. Can you please help me. 

So , I have a player and two rear speakers . Sometimes , especially late at night or it may just be what’s playing , I want to put the voice on the rear speakers so I don’t have to crank the volume . Is there a way ? I wish there was just a mode you could turn on ! 

I have 3 sonos speaker when i stream music, some speakers randomly stop playing while the other one are still playing after 10 s the sound comes backit happen to the sono one or to play 1 (not at the same time)i cant figure what is happening 

Can sonos speakers be used without the internet at all? thanks,Justin
