Sonos speakers not showing in Spotify app

Since I have a new router I can't find the sonos speakers from the spotify app. I can play music from the sonos app via my spotify account. So spotify connect doesn't work properly.

Also not finding the google nest's. I can play music from the google nest's by voice command.  As soon as the music plays I can see that nest in spotify connect,

 

Before I had an experiabox v10, now a zyxel EX5601-T1. I don't use the wifi from the router (I tried though, didn;t make any difference). The router is connected to a switch en multiple Aruba AP205 accesspoints.

The sonos system consists of 4 ikea symfonisk speakers in 1 room. 1 speaker is wired to the LAN

 

Any idea how to solve?

Hi

Since the issues began with your hardware change this doesn’t appear to be a Sonos related issue. I suggest you contact tech support for the zyxel EX5601-T1 box and explain the issue. There may be settings that need to be enabled for Google and Spotify accounts. There may also be compatibility issues with the Aruba AP205 access points. 🤔

The only change is the router. I already used the accespoints.

I'll ask tech support for the router
