I hava a sonos era 300 in the center of a room, if I connect 2 era 100 speakers on the opposite corners of the room, can this 2 era 100 speakers be connected to the era 300 as central, and the 2 era 100 act as stereo speakers, but the era 300 as stereo or dolby also?

If you’re trying to achieve a home theatre/surround system you’ll need a soundbar such as the Arc, Beam or Ray, and bond a pair of Era 100’s to that for your 5-channel Dolby sound.

Although Sonos refers to speaker configurations as “rooms”, it’s just a label so you could have a pair of 100’s called Lounge and an Era 300, called Fred, in the same physical room. You can then group Lounge and Fred so they play the same music. The Era 300 is a stereo speaker.

You could use the two Era 100s as either individual speakers or a stereo pair.

You could Group them with the 300 so they all played the same music.
