My setup: Arc, 2 subs, 2 ERA 300s as surrounds. One of my ERAs is making a buzzing vibration-like noise when there is a lot of bass. Lorde’s “Royals” is case in point. The ERAs are on stands but they are tight and that doesn’t seem to be causing the issue. Have had this setup since the 300s were released and never had this type of issue. I also don’t stress the system so it shouldn’t be related to a blown speaker, etc. Just thought I’d try here before looking at warranty service. Thx.

Does the Era still ‘buzz’ if you hold it with your hand on top?
I would still recommend calling Sonos Support directly to discuss it.
When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system. And if it does boil down to a replacement, there isn’t much this community can do.
