I have non Sonos speakers that I would like to use and control via my Sonos app. Bluetooth. Is this possible?

Not directly no, as presumably your speakers have Bluetooth Receivers (RX), same as Sonos products and every other speaker. So you need to first output from the Sonos eco-system, over a line-out port (analog, or digital), to a Bluetooth Transmitter (TX), such as the 1Mii B03 Pro, or Fiio BTA 30 etc. (just as examples).
The Sonos product that supports line-out (analog and digital) audio to the Bluetooth TX is the Sonos Port. See this link…

Note too, that such a Sonos Port/Bluetooth TX setup, is also handy for listening to all Sonos audio sources over Bluetooth Headphones aswell. That’s something I find handy when not wishing to disturb others in the home, or nearby neighbours.
