I have a fairly full network of Sonos products with about a dozen speakers and various accessories. Multiple times my Sonos network has made a sound that sounds like an explosion. It’s extremely loud and the first time it did this I assumed that the speaker amps had shorted out and were now broken. The sound is extraordinarily loud and sounds like it would be damaging to the speaker coils. Afterwards, the system goes silent for five or 10 seconds and then it starts up again and seems to work OK. Any thoughts on what could be causing this?

Have you submitted a system diagnostic within 10 minutes of experiencing this problem, and called Sonos Support to discuss it?

I have not. This is something I should do

I can’t think of any reason why they would be making this sound, so I expect that Sonos might be able to see something in the diagnostic data.

Mine produces big noise
