Hi, hopefully a very simple question.

In the app there are numerous toggle switches to select or deselect desired options. They are either black with a white dot, or white with a black dot. However, it is not clear which toggle is used to select an option. For example does black with a white dot signify something has been selected or is  this the other way round??
