Hello all, I brought my move on vacation with me but not able to connect it to wifi. I tried with my account at  first and then tried making a new Sonos account but no good, since it will not connect to wifi the Bluetooth does not work either, any way to make it work? The hotel has open wifi so no password required.

Bluetooth pairing on the Roam should work without WiFi. Try using Bluetooth again by following these instructions:

FYI… it is best practice to only use the Roam on WiFi on your home network. When you are away from home, connect to the Roam via Bluetooth.

My apologies. Same thing applies to the Move:

For security reasons Hotel WiFi is usually setup to prevent communication between other WiFi clients. Only connections to the outside Internet is allowed. Otherwise anyone in the Hotel could access data on your phone.

A “Travel Router” can deal with this by creating a local network in your room.

Travel router, got it. Next time I will bring one, seems I am out of luck for this trip
