Hi, I've got a PS5, Sonos beam and LG UM7400PLB, I know that DTS won't play properly unfortunately which is a bit rubbish! But I'm seeing some 4k discs now have Dolby Atmos, how would that play with my system? Would it just play as stereo like DTS does it would it play as surround sound? I know that the beam doesn't do Atmos but just wondering how it would work?Thanks!

Hi I’m controlling sonos on an Iphone 11 Pro Max via the Sonos app (my speakers are not airplay compatible) and neither the hardware volume controls on the side of the iphone 11 Pro Max, nor the volume slider on the iphone lock screen, are able to control the volume. The only way I can control the volume is via the slider in the app.I have tried turning off and on “hardware volume controls” and “lock screen controls” in the app settings, as well as reinstalling the app, but the problem persists.I would like to select and play all my music within the Idagio app, which streams to Sonos, but even when I play music that I have selected via the browse function in the sonos app the problem persits.

Hello, I recently purchased a Sonos Move mainly to connect it to my outside patio Beam for better outdoor listening experience.  I currently have 2 beams, 1 arc, a lamp and 2 Play:1.  When using the Move connected to my outside Patio Beam the Move constantly loses connection causing the audio to stop for short stints (2-5 seconds) about every 20-30 seconds.  I had never experience connection loss and only occurs when the Move is outside which is the furthest location from my Wifi router.  I read about the Sonos Boost so I added it to my system; however, it appears the Move is not made to not connect to the Boost as that is the only device not showing up on the Sonos App under “About My System” which lists all the devices as WM:0 (meaning they are under the Boost).  I did remove my home wifi from the sonos app.   Hoping someone can answer if is not possible to add/use the Move along with the Boost as in that case, I do not need the Boost and can return it.

I have a new sonos roam and I am very pleased with the speaker. I have other sonos devices in the house and this is not happening on any other sonos device. After about 10 mins I get a clicking noise and I have to reset the speaker to get it to clear. This happens when using the AirPlay and Bluetooth. How can I get Tech support as it becoming annoying and spoiling the experience with the roam.

Hello I recently got a Sonos ARC and two Sonos one SLs from Costco for a decent price. I have an LG CX OLED screen with EARC compatibility. Is the supplied HDMI cable a 2.1 variant that can handle EARC? I have noticed that playing music sometimes no sound comes out of the surrounds. I also want to use someone's iPhone to do the Sonos tuning.

In this case my installation of a new home theater does not give me the space for a sound bar. I acquired a Sony xr55a80j which is an oles Bravia TV with an acoustic screen. I would like to use the television acoustic screen as the front channel and a pair of Sonos ones and a sub as my career channel. The same Sonos ones and subwoofer are all used also used for Alexa controlled comtent: music etc, when not watching the TV. Has anybody tried this? Do you have any guidance on how to connect rears and sub?

I have songs throughout the house, my daughters have a play 1 in each of there rooms. 1 works fine but the other which is closer to the router stops intermittently.Anyone any ideas please.Alan

I have a track set up as an alarm and as white noise whilst going to sleep (I have tried several al have the same issue). I have them set to repeat 🔂 , but instead of playing the whole track before it repeats it loops back to the beginning every 15 seconds. 

Sonos no Bluetooth workaroundWould it be possible to use a Sonos speaker through airplay when the wifi provider my phone is connected to is not suitable to connect a Sonos to (the wifi in many universities requires a username and password to login, and even then can be problematic in terms of tethering devices together on the network) I’ve read online that airplay can work as a sort of hotspot for connection so I’m wondering wether it would work in a scenario where I was unable to connect my Sonos to the network? Barring this if any users have had any experience using Sonos in university or that sort of username and password type of network any help would be appreciated

I currently have a Play 5 and a Move and was wondering the following:Can I run an RCA stereo cable from my DJ mixer ‘master out’ into the Sonos Amp to incorporate my Sonos speakers into my home DJ set up?Thanks

I have an extensive Sonos setup but have not used TruePlay.  I am not an Apple person but may wish to acquire an ios device for the sole purpose of configuring TruePlay.  What would be the best ios device to look for for this purpose?

With the announcement from apple that Siri will be available on 3rd party accessories would love to see Sonos take advantage of this as a option along with Alexa and Google assistant.

Why cant I see sonos arc (paired with 2 play 1) on my room list.  When I had playbar on sonos 1 app I could see it on my list as living room and play music through it.

I have a connect amp that is connected to a record player on my main floor. On my 2nd floor, I have a porch with 2 Sonance 62 outdoor speakers. I want to connect these speakers to my Sonos system, but am not sure how I can do so without buying another connect amp, or running wires, which i would rather not do. Here is my idea. Could I connect a rocket fish wireless rear speaker kit to my speakers. I believe the rocket fish should have enough power for the speakers but not sure how to actually tell. I don't care about any delays as it's just for music.  Any advice is greatly appreciated!

Why dose TV and Music not have separate volume settings and bass and treble. I set the way I like my music to sound, then I turn my TV on. And I then need to adjust the sound settings for the TV because it’s just got way to much Bass. Back to playing my music and again I need to adjust settings. why can’t we have a music preset and tv preset  . And why can’t I have a way to add the subwoofer to my other play one speakers, it’s connected to my surround sound setup for the tv   

I wall mounted my arc with the HumanCentric wall mount and the Echogear in wall cable mgt. system but it still doesn’t cover the socket and cables. I even bought a 1’ power cable as the one provided was  too long and couldn’t be crammed down into the hole.Does anyone know if I did something wrong in the install or, better yet, does anyone have a fix to cover the socket and cables?  Thanks! 

Hi, I am planing to buy a soundbar in India and have shortlisted Sonos Arc soundbar.  While reading a review, I read that Sonos TruePlay does not work with Android devices. I could not understand what does it mean.. can I not use it as I don't have any Apple device.If yes, any other alternative in India for a soundbar?Also, does it work well without Sub and SL?

Hello,So my issue is during setup of my brand new out of the box Sonos Arc there was clipping/crackling coming from the right hand top side of the arc as you face it. I could hear it during setup before anything was done by me. To best describe the sound that I hear it’s the same as turning your speakers all the way up to the point where you hear the fabric of the speakers ripping. Which in my experience basically means my sonos speakers are clipping. The issue is not only did I did hear this on setup which leads me to believe my speakers may be faulty out of the box (very dissapointed).  But I also hear it when using the TV as normal and also when using the speakers at all for anything. Granted when the sound is turned down it cannot be heard unless I walk up to it an inspect it, and the intensity of the clipping varies based on what’s being played. But irrespective of this I know this sound should not be there and it sounds like one physical speaker is damaged. Is there a fix for thi

I have a Sonos arc connected to my tv which keeps dropping out. Sometimes it’s multiple times in 1 hour other times it will not do it all day. It is connected via HDMI and the Sonos is connected to the network via Ethernet.I have performed a diagnostic 1751834415

Hi, can any bright spark suggest a solution please. I want to connect the audio from my sky box (optical) to a Sonos Arc (HDMI). The Sky is connected to an Epson TW7100 projector but I would need a wireless solution for audio. Is this doable at all? So basically, what can I plug the optical audio into something to be picked up by the Arc. Thanks in advance.

I recently bought a Roam for use outside. I’ve paired it with the app, however ever since I’ve done that we’ve had issues with our existing Beam showing up as an audio destination. It just seems to randomly disappear, and turning off the Roam does seem to help it come back. We had zero issues with the Beam until we added the Roam.any ideas?

Folks,Sonos plays my Pandora albums (so it does connect to Pandora and can fetch music from it) but does not play my Pandora stations.It says “No music selected”.However, on the PC controller, under the speakers I selected it shows the name of the station I am trying to play.Anyone seen this?
