I recently moved to the New Eero 6 Pro wifi mesh system with 3 nodes.  I had a similar Netgear Orbi system before this.  Now I can no longer see my sonos matrix.  Any ideas?

Are you using the correct Sonos IP and URL?

Yes.  I have used it for quite sometime but I began having connectivity issues in general and decided to switch and try out Eero which all in all seems to work fantastic.  I just can't get to the Sonos Mayrix anymore for some reason.  


The network matrix is mostly irrelevant if you’re in WiFi (“wireless”) mode.

If you still have a wired component -- and your profile lists a Boost -- make sure you’re not targeting the Boost itself with your http://<sonos_ip>:1400/support/review. It doesn’t return the matrix.
