Bought a Sonos Play 5, Sound Bar and Sub in 2013.  I use them with my LG OLED TV.  I use the Sonos S1 Controller to control the system.The problem I am having is trying to set up an ERA 100 on a different E Mail address but same network to the above system I am not having much success.  Can anyone help 

Hi! Sonos Era 100 does not have Google Assistant, instead Sonos Voice Control. Does SVC have “voice match” similar to GA, so it knows if it’s me or my girlfriend who speaks to it? I want it to use the correct Spotify account, eg if my girlfriend is at home asking it to play music, it should use her Spotify account. I still want to be able to listen to music on my Spotify account at work. I think this is possible with the GA in eg Sonos One gen 2. Thanks!

Hello Community:i am using a Philips Ambilight TV 55OLED805/12 with an Arc via HDMI and 2 Solo One SL for Surround. All on a strong WiFi.I am experiencing an echo if I put my advanced audio setting on the TV to Multichannel or Multichannel (Bypass). Turning the surround off via the app does noch resolve the issue and the echo is very notable on the Arc, especially with people talking. If I turn advanced audio setting on the TV to Stereo the echo disappears. Any guidance how I can use Multichannel without experiencing an echo?Appreciate all answers and advice upfront. Can I add 1 era 300 to my current setup of the arc and sub gen 3. Plan on getting another era 300 when budget permits.

I can't figure out which cable(s) I need to connect my Beam to my Bush LED TV.

All of the discussions I have read about Dolby Atmos on the ERA 300 have related to streamed Music. I need to know if it would support Dolby Atmos from movies played via a Mac or Apple TV 4K

I have a custom mp3 stream added & working fine in the old TuneIn service, I can’t see a way to add it in the new TuneIn?I’m concerned support for the old plugin will be dropped.Ideally there’d be a way outside TuneIn to add custom mp3 streams. 

Hi my sonos port no longer works as a upnp renderer using foobar2000 on windows as the client/controller. Interestingly I'm able to use my Roam as a renderer and all speakers in my s1 system also work OK as renderer too from the same PC. Even more confusing is that BubbleUPnP (android app) IS able to send a UPnP stream to the Port.

Hi All, I need your advice and help !! as I have recently received my new ERA 300’S to add to my Arc and Gen 3 Sub,  The Spatial / Atmos  music that comes out through the app ( Apple ) is outstanding and i love the clarity and depth of the music,However i now find after re-calibrating my speakers through the app that the movie sound coming out of the ARC is very tinney and not as good as it used to be,  I’ve turned down the treble and it’s still not as i would like it,Do any of you have any recommendations for the settings ??

When I play ‘music on this device’ from my Android phone through the Sonos system, it includes all mp3 tracks on my phone, which means I am getting audio book tracks interspersed with the music tracks.  All my music is on the micro sd card in the music folder. How do I direct sonos to only use that folder?  Thanks. 

Hi last year I bought the surround sound set for my living room and I now want to be able to play vinyl, I know I need the turntable but do I need the PORT or the amp ?

My Beam Gen 2 / Sub Gen 3 / Sonos One Gen 2 setup has been pretty much rock solid since it was set up. However over the last week I’ve started to see problems with my Right Surround speaker disconnecting several times a day. I can only get it to reconnect by restarting the speaker.All devices on my network have fixed IP address, and I’ve kept a close eye on my router to ensure nothing else is sneakily connecting to the same IP as my speaker. I haven’t added any new devices to my network for months.I also powered off every network device and restarted my router an hour ago, and the surround has already dropped off again.  My Beam is hard-wired to the router, with the surrounds and sub connected via SonosNet. Here’s my network matrix when everything is connected:Workingand here’s my network matrix when the right surround has dropped off:Not Working I’ve just submitted diagnostic 522827366 - would it be possible for somebody to take a look to see if there’s anything obvious happening? With the new era100 will I be able to use it with my existing sonos product? I currently have a mixture of old and new products, 1st gen beam, first gen sonos 1,  second gen sonos 1 and a Roam . Will I be able to link the era together with my system in the s2 app ? 

Hi,I want to temporarily use my Sonos Amp in a place where there is no WIFI.  The location means I cannot set up a Mobile Hotspot.  The set-up needs to be robust, it would be bad if I lost the music.  Is this possible? Ideally I would connect my phone to the Sonos Amp with cables, controlling the music (which is already on the phone) using the phone itself.  Help appreciated please!

Hi, Ran into this issue twice, the only way to solve this, is to disconnect and reconnect the surrounds. Tested using the 7.1.4 testtone file is this a bug?

My iPhone w adaptor linked to AudioQuest Firefly sounds very good using line in settings. Question is the recommended Source Level to set the Sonos Amp “source level” in the Sonos app. Louder with higher levels but also harsher to my ears. 2.1 millivolts I believe output on the firefly. thanks ahead of time 

How can I integrate my personal Apple Music and preferred radio stations into my Sonos app?

Hello all!With the recent addition of my Era 300s and Arc I find myself using the Sonos app more and more to play music from Music so I can take advantage of the Atmos encoding. The downside to using the Sonos app rather than normal Airplay is that I cannot seem to add songs that I like from Sonos to my Music library. Obviously I can add the music to Sonos-related libraries and playlists but it sure would be nice to be able to add new music I hear to my Music library. Any thoughts?

Hi, I currently have three Gen 1 Play 5s.To connect them to the Internet I need to have one hardwired to the router. The other 2 then connect via WiFi.If I was to upgrade to two Era 300s and an Arc soundbar, do I still need one unit hardwired?Or will all three work from WiFi.  Thanks. 

I’ve followed the process of adding a new internet radio station to Sonos (AAC streaming). It appears to add ok, but when ‘Play’ is pressed, nothing happens. Other radio stations play fine through TuneIn and other radio services such as myTuner Radio.I used the advice in https://support.sonos.com/s/article/260?language=en_US, and have added the station using both the Windows client application, and the Android app. Neither will play in Sonos.The station URL in question (https://edge.iono.fm/xice/fmr_live_high.aac) plays just fine in a web browser.There are a number of threads that discuss issues with TuneIn in the UK, but the workaround suggested was to add the URL manually - but that doesn’t work for me either.Any tips? 

Streaming from an up to date Android phone to a Sonos 1. Phone is plugged into a charger, and fully charged. After about 60 minutes, the music stops, mid song. Open phone, go to Sonos app, press Play, the playlist starts from the beginning, not where it left off. Music source is MP3 and flac files local to the phone. Playlist is a playlist. To me, that is two problems. How to resolve?
