Has there been any update on this issue?

I have 7x Sonos gen 1 speakers in my house and at the moment they are just expensive bits of plastic gathering dust. 

The Spotify issue is now resolved. How are you initiating the music?

What troubleshooting steps have you undertaken?Can you reboot your router and afterwards your Sonos devices - does the issue remain?

If yes, please remove Spotify as a music service and then readd.
