Hallo everyone, I’ve sold Sonos One gen 2 on eBay to to upgrade to Sonos Era 100 and forgot to unpair it - will new user have possibility to pair it with his iPhone (by just resetting it “disconnect cable - press and hold Pair Button - connect power cable”)?Or will it be permanently locked like iPhone iCloud / Activation Lock? Thank YouBart

Interested if others have experienced problems with grouping speakers and Sonosnet I have 3 Rooms with Stereo Speakers + Sub (2 with S1+Sub, 1 with S5+sub).  Another 2 rooms with single Play 1’s.  Speakers are initially on Sonosnet via a Boost. When I group all speakers to the S5+Sub room and Music has started, I then advance to the next song.  The S5+Sub plays new song fairly quickly, but the  2 S1+sub rooms start and stop playing intermittently.  Sometime L or R only.  After about 1-1.5min, all speakers are playing as expected in the group.  Advance to next song same problem repeats.  If I wait till the song end and then normal advance to next song, all speakers generally are in sync fairly quickly. (Diagnostic 857677570 whilst sputtering sounds (eg. L then R then ..., then no audio, then L then eventually all speakers playing), then Diagnostic 1865270988 when sound is stable - in case Sonos are watching) Disconnect Sonos and wait till all speakers are on local WiFi.Start a group ses

I’ve had a Play 5 gen 2 for 5+ years working without issue.  Last 2 months has been hell for me because it just suddenly stops working and no longer connected (and not seen by app).  I’ve tried factory reset a dozen times and I’m able to set it up, but then the app warns me I may have to restart the speaker if it’s not seen in app. I do that and it’s not resolved.  When network cable is unplugged:Play 5 no longer appears as available in the app ('System' page as well 'About My System') Play 5 no longer plays any music l when I press the play button Play 5 appears in the Airplay list on my iPhone, but actual Airplay connection appears to fail App function 'Find Missing Products' is unable to retrieve App function 'Manage Networks' brings mixed results, only once out of several attempts I managed to get connected to wifi (router lists IP address) ... but the device did not end up in the 'System' page and after restart it was no longer connectedI’m so frustrated! Can someone help? my diag

According to the brazilian Sonos Webpage, the Sonos One works with Alexa. But, in my setup with 2 Sonos One and a Sonos Beam, Alexa does not show up as Voice Service. This is really bad, as it means that I cannot use my Fire TV cube!It is really frustrating, as the interaction with this device was the primary reason for buying the Sonos system. I feel mislead by Sonos Brazil. [Yes, I created this topic out of frustration, I feel mislead!]

So it is great that we can now listen to Apple Music Dolby Atmos from the Sonos app, but when playing to the Sonos Amp does it stream in Lossless as there is no icon to indicate this?

Hi I have the Arc soundbar and sub mini in my living room which has high ceilings (about 16 feet). Can you please share any recommendations on things I need to do to get the ost optimal performance from Sonos set up? Also is it important to leave a 4” space between the TV and Arc soundbar?

HiI have a stereo pair in the Kitchen made up of a One and a One SL speaker.Recently if I join the Living Room to the Kitchen, I start getting drop outs or players stopping or general unreliability.I looked at the Network Matrix under the http://playerip:1400/support/review URL and noticed that the One SL speaker show as white and has text of “Noise Floor: 0, 0, 0, 0 undefined” whereas all the others have values and ‘undefined’ showing as something similar to ‘OFDM ANI level:0’ I have factory reset both the Kitchen One speakers but it still shows like this. Does this mean there is a problem with the WiFi adapter inside it or what else is wrong? Many thanks Rob

EDIT: Wrong TV model number, it is KDL-48WD65xI am buying a soundbar for my old mom, to make voices more clear in movies and series.She has an Apple TV 4K gen 3 (the new model) which she uses for watching everything.The TV is a KDL-48WD65x from 2016 which is only used as a monitor for the ATV.The TV has 1 HDMI ARC port, it supports Dolby Digital Plus.So I am guessing the setup would be:AppleTV 4K > TV HDMI 2  - TV HDMI 1 (ARC) > Sonos Beam Gen 2 HDMICan’t find mentions of audio passthrough of dolby signals, so not sure if the TV is compatible?Is this guaranteed to work, or are there possible pitfalls with a TV this old? Link to TV manual:https://www.sony.co.uk/electronics/support/res/manuals/4584/45847741M.pdf

I have a projector (want to coonect to a chromecast) and a TV (want to connect to an android box) and I want to be able to watch both at the same tine but be able to choose which plays audio through a Sonos Beam - I plan on connecting Bluetooth headphones to the other. I may want the sonos audio to play on one or other device depending on what is on at the time. So I have two separate hdmi cables (one from the chromecast and the other from the android box ) and then have an hdmi audio extractor with multiple inputs and one output that I can use to connect either the TV setup or projector setup to the beam. However, as there is only one output this set up doesn't work for connecting both devices to the Sonos and being able to switch between them... Any ideas?Many thanks 

The directory of radio stations for radio.net on Sonos has not been refreshed in a long time, which means old streams no longer work on Sonos (but work on radios.net because they updated their directory).Can you please update their directory on Sonos so all station stream work correctly?

Title says it all, really. I can’t get SVC to play LBC radio. If I choose it through the app, it’s fine. But with SVC I get weird and wonderful results. I’ve scoured the forums and tried everything I’ve found as suggestion, all to no avail.Has anyone been successful in this, and if so, could you please tell me the magic words? 

With the new IOS upgrade to Ventura I have had several synchronization problems. One of these is the SONOS ROAM I already forgot the SONOS ROAM on the MacBook, I turned the bluetooth off and on, I did a restart of the MacBook Pro and the SONOS ROAM, I do the new pairing and apparently they are connected but the SONOS ROAM does not play. 

I wish to give my Sonos components to my son  how can I transfer ownership?

I own 5 homes with 34 sonos speakers in the various homes. Can I play the sonos systems at the different homes at same time? For example, if I am at my main home, can someone at a different home of mine play the sonos at that home while I am playing my sonos at my main home?

My ZP90 keeps flashing white and does not show up in S1 anymore.  I had run an update which completed downloading to the unit but got stuck at unit "restart" with light flashing white for a few days.  I tried plugging off and on and tried reset by holding the mute button but light just keeps flashing as soon as I plug in power.  Is there anything else I should do?  Thanks!

Would adding 1 era 300 to my beam tv sound improve my sound in a smaller room?

For practising in a small room, am I able to connect my electric guitar to a Sonos Five via Line in? Will I need a pre-amp in-between? FYI - I currently have a turntable and a tape deck connection via RCA switcher to the Five..

My Imac has lost connection with Sonos since update to Ventura. Seems like a firewall issue,but can’t firuge it out

I purchased a pair of Era 100’s to use with my iMac computer, using the USB-C line adapter. The speakers sound absolutely superb, however, every minute or so the stereo pairing drops out of one speakers for a split second. I see a reviewer on YouTube was experiencing exactly the same issue.I’m sure it’s just a bug and will be fixed, but wanted Sonos to know. Thanks

Hello,I am very satisfied with my pair of Sonos Five, playing music all day long.Now I am thinking to buy a Sonos beam gen 2 to enjoy similar quality of sound with films too. But I read it may affect the quality sound of my music?! The pair of Five would no more be used the way they're now when I am listening to music (some sound would come from the beam 2 and no more from the excellent Five's). Except if switching on the app which seems to be a pain...Is it true?!Thanks   

Replace my pair of One SL with Era 100 + Arc and sub. Started thinking a day later can I hook the 1Sl back up and put them in the front corners of room?
