Hi all, thanks in advance for your help. So, my Sonos Arc has starting dropping off after a few seconds when using AirPlay.When I try and cast music from my phone it will play for a couple of seconds and then drop.

Try unplugging the Arc from power for a couple of minutes and reboot your router and phone.


Might also be worth checking for wifi interference causing the AirPlay 2 signal to have trouble reaching the Arc.
