Hey there.a while back, there had been an announcement for expanded sleep stations:Expanded sleep stations composed and mastered by Mikael Jorgensen of the Grammy Award-winning band Wilco will include Slow Motion Freeway, Waterfall at Dusk, Warm Glow and Midnight Beach (all HD only).I can‘t find them on Sonos Radio. We have a play bar, sonos one and move set-up in a system and the move dropped and we are unable to connect it again - 10+ hours into it already and the chat bot is worthless on this subject - any insight from the community? 

Hi Here is my current setup. Four Sonos Ceiling Speakers hard wired to an Sonos AMP. A Bluetooth receive Line-In to the Amp. Have my TV connecting to the Bluetooth Receive.  From this, I am able to listen to the TV using the Ceiling Speaker. It’s somewhat surrounded. I frankly like it.  The problem being the bluetooth connection is not stable. Plus, every-time, I have to manually connect TV to the Bluetooth receiver. The TV is far away from the AMP, connect through cable is just not happening. I’m looking for a better solution to wireless connect TV to the AMP. Would a Sonos sound bar, such as Arc or Beam help? I’ve read something like connect Beam with TV through HTMI and as long as Beam and Amp in the same WIfi, they can play together. Is that true?  If so, is this gonna actually add more channels or just making it “sound louder”?  What would be the ideal setup to create the best TV surround sound using the In-Ceiling speakers? Or are they just not meant for TV but for Music instead?

Hi all - for the last few days my Sonos Roam will no longer skip Spotify tracks when I ask it (‘this action is not supported), and secondly it stopped playing sleep sounds on loop (even when I ask it to loop it, and it confirms this is done and memorised). Anyone else having the same problems and/or troubleshoot suggestions? Henry

I understand Dolby ATMOS music from Apple Music can only be played on a pair of Era 300s through the Sonos2 app. Sending the signal from the Apple Music app on an iPhone to the Era 300s via AirPlay loses the ATMOS. On a Beam2 it can also be played directly through the Apple Music app provided it passes through an AppleTV that is connected with the Beam2 through a HDMI cable. Is that understanding correct?My other question is how this operates if the Beam2 and the Era 300s are grouped together. Will the ATMOS signal be passed from the Beam2 to the Era 300s? Or do the Era 300s receive their signal from the AppleTV through AirPlay (which I understand does not carry the ATMOS signal)?Thanks for your guidance, Ben

Hi, I have the playbar for the tv and play ones added for the surround, the sound is still coming from the speakers, but I can no longer use the remotes for adjusting the volume, it still works with the app though, anything I can do to fix this problem ?  Thanks 

Hi All, I wanted to revive a topic from a few years ago about trueplay “loosing” a speaker during tuning. I upgraded my family room setup with an arc that replaced a beam. I went through the steps of disconnecting the surround and sub from the beam which I loved to another room. I then added the arc and the associated surround components. When I listen everything seems to be playing. However when I go to tune I get a “lost speaker” as shown on the screenshot attached. I went through multiple total reboots of my WiFi and the speakers per previous suggestions but it doesn’t seem to help. I submitted a diagnostic 137804396. Any insight would be appreciated!!  

100% newbie here. just moved into a house that has 6 ceiling speakers in the back patio and I bought the Sonos port and I have a Denon AVR-4306. how can I connect them to get sound from the app to the speakers? thanks for your help 

We've just got our first Sonos speaker (Gen 2 Beam) and are trying to connect it to our Toshiba 32ll3c63db TV.We're at the point on the app set up where it says 'use your TV remote to turn on audio out in settings'We have changed the audio output to HDMI ARC but it just says audio out is not connected l. Any ideas?! 

Hi. I’ve got an offer to buy a Sonos Five (gen 1) pretty cheap. I’ve already got a Beam (gen 2) hooked up to my TV. My question is wether or not a Five (gen 1) will be able to connect to a Beam (gen 2)? I’ve only got music streaming and vinyl in mind as I’m expecting to buy a pair of Sonos Ones as satellites for the Beam eventually.Any advice is appreciated :)

As per title -  Play:1 speakers increase volume suddenly without any human input.Can be on spotify or radio.net and suddenly volume increases significantly and remains at the higher level until human intervention.Only seems to occur once a day - am I missing something?

Hello,my recently acquired port seems ti be a little dull when I connect it to myself Audiolab DAC .I’m a sonos owner for more than 15 years now . I A/B compared myself old sonos connect plug in the COAX1 of my DAC and myself PORT connected to the COAX2 port.Everything is OK with te connecte but the PORT seems to be muffled. The cymbals sound level is very low compared to the connect sound. With the RCA output there is no problem. I also swapped the DAC input , same problem.The output setup of both sonos is fixed volume. Did you notices this problem and did you fixed it?Thanks. 

Just my IPhone disconnects from my beam at least once a day when I use it.  I have it connected to my tv but it is through wire and is fine.  I have reboot my Sonos many times for this and I shouldn’t have to do this all the time.  I have everything up to date that will allow me to update.

I recently have been able to use the new search tool in the Sonos app (Android, UK).I've noticed it doesn't return any results for YouTube Music - has anyone else seen this?

I have a Play3 and I play Spotify through it. I just bought a Sonos Move. I can play Spotify through the Move but I cannot add the device to my App? Additionally I want to group the speakers together but the Group tab is greyed out and says ‘This feature is available on systems with three or more rooms’?

Hi Everyone,  I have a substantial set of older Play 3, Play 5 and Sub hardward, and use the older Sonos S1 App.  I used to use the bridge to connect, but have a strong wifi network (250mb download speed) throughout our home, so have configured the speakers to communicate via this home network.  I get intermittent interruptions to listening through the speakers, any ideas?   Have confirmed all of my software is up to date.Absolutely love Sonos and wish I could afford the new speakers!

Hi Community, I had my SLs linked to a Playbar,I bought an Arc,so I removed the playbar from the app/system.Now I can’t see the Sls so I can use them as surround speakers.Any clues?Thanks

We are experiencing a annoying bug in our amp.Almost every morning when I switch on my tv the amp works only on the left channel.Already tried to reset the tv, the only workable solution is to unplug/plug the amp.Thanks in advance.

I have setup Google Assistance and when I ask to play music from e.g. Spotify Google confirm and say it will start playing. Nothing happens. This goes for all my Sonos devices. I tried to remove Google Assistant and set it up again. Same result. I can ask Google Assistance for other things like the weather and then it works. I am running the latest version of the app and all devices are updated. All worked fine until maybe a week ago. What to do?

Having difficulty getting my Sonos Five to complete Trueplay! I have basically unplugged everything in area: refrigerator, computers,   Still will not run to completion!help!

I have my Sonos controller connected to my Amazon Music account correctly. When I go to My Music in Amazon Music and try to play a specific album or artist, it won’t play the artist, album, or track. It appears to be defaulting to some weird Spotify-esque AI curated playlist. For example, trying to play a James McMurtry album I purchased doesn’t play James McMurtry but I get some random alt-country band that is not something I own, or particularly want to listen to.I don’t understand what I am doing wrong. Why can’t I see the individual tracks in albums I own and why won’t Sonos play tracks from Amazon?I think, maybe, what I am saying is Amazon is defaulting to “stations” rather than playing my purchased albums. How do I get Sonos not to play Amazon stations?
