I've changed my router and now my sonos isn't connected As soon athe gen 2 app is opened the account and system are un highlighted and I cannot open them.I ve tried a reboot but no joy 

S-2 app - when I go to play a particular station in my Favorites, it consistently plays the previous station (yet shows the “correct” one in my “now playing” window.

After mistakenly leaving tunein on overnight our sonos one stopped listening to us.   We will use the prompt “Hey Google, play ____X_____” and the response from our speaker is “Okay, playing ___X____ on tunein or “playing ___X___ on spotify”.   Then, nothing, crickets, no sound.This happened to our kitchen speaker but now our bedroom speaker will not work either.   Same thing.  I can use spotify from my iphone but no voice control.    Things I have tried thus far:Reset the kitchen speakerDeleted google assistant app on my iphone and re-installed itDisconnected google assistant on sonos app and reconnected it Anyone have ideas that might work?   Thank you.  

for years Ive been able to get Pandora’s thumbprint radio on my Sonos 1 account which I must use at home as I have wired speakers into the system as well as Sonos speakers. Now I receive a message that saysyour account does not support this system. I have tried deleting and reinstalling both Pandora and Sonos app. This doesn't help.

In the old days of hifi on any receiver you had bass and treble knobs.  When playing a certain song or group if it needed a little more bass you would just reach over and turn up the bass.  With the new sonos systems there is no easy way to raise or lower bass & treble for the whole sound stage.  I know about the settings but you have to go 3 levels deep in there and it will only adjust one piece of equipment not the whole sound of the room.   My example is say you are listening to rundmc and the bass is very pronounced then you play some van halen and need more lower end.  There is no easy way to do so.  Please bring back the bass & treble knobs.  Please put them on level one of the app.  we are know no one setting is perfect for every different kind of music. 

H. Is it possible to Set up my home theater system wired speakers as wireless and get full existing functionality?#it is 11.1 surroundI see i can pair devices to it but i thought there would be some clever wifi hub or Bluetooth switching I could use

How to spot the Fake Sonos Sub 2 or 3 ? Please help me.I trying to buy the pre owned Sonos Sub Gen 2 for my Arc set up but slightly confused.

having recently  had my Roam renewed under a warranty issue , but still not set it up due to being away from home.I am being bombarded with e-mails , how did we do, sign in and get 15% for handing back your old system etc etc Take our survey and get 20% off your next purchaseSo you take the survey , but it says you have put the wrong input in , which I have not ,So cant complete the survey.You then try and contact sonos to tell them its not working and get a return e-mail saying its not monitored??????So why am I doing the bloody survey?I love the products and recommended them to others but have also told them to buy it from a third party retailer with an extended warranty so if anything goes wrong they dont have to deal with the nightmare that is Sonos Direct . 

The music library is a local drive on my computer, both my computer and the sonos unit are cabled to the LAN. there is no problem indexing and i can find the files in the sonos app file explorer and add to queue.some files, seemingly at random, will stop after playing 2 sec the log shows either that sonos could not find the file or connection to the library was lost.If i go back to the file in question it will repeat the error, however.. if i am fast enough and skip ahead in the track it will continue to play without stopping. If i empty the queue and refill it with the same pool of tracks, it will be some new random songs that cant be accessed and the previous ones might play fine now.Other times, it will stop before a song ends, same errors in the logs.I do not have these problems when playing the tracks in something like musicbee on my computer. This is really really annoying.This happens with the app in windows, i am not 100% but i dont think i have the same problem when using app

I've seen LG are selling a product called WOWCAST which allows you to plug into your TV, out of sight, and replaces the HDMI connection to your soundbar wirelessly. Giving you a clean, clutter-free style, with no unsightly cables between TV and soundbar.Is WOWCAST compatible with Sonos Arc (which i own)If not compatible is there any other product that allows this wireless connection to a SONOS Arc ?  

Our Move dropped from the system for no apparent reason and now we are unable to find it or reload it. We have tried re-booting, installing again, re-loading the app. Nothing seems to work.

This brings an amplifier out of standby mode when music starts playing, reducing the time it takes for the amplifier to become active and start outputting audio to your speakers.”My question is, what makes the trigger turn off?Selecting Mute Hitting the stop button on the application  I have an analog TV input for the port, if the TV sound turns off, but the Sonos is still playing, will this turn off the trigger?  

Music search no longer includes music from the SD card in my tablet.  I see the music when I select “On this mobile device” in music browse.  It used to be included in search results, but apparently not since last upgrade.  I am trying to enter the directory location in the music library setup, but I don’t know the format and the app does not browse file locations.

Couple of times now, we start hearing music from our songs arc. TV is not on, if I open the sonos app I see something is playing.  I read that there could be a Spotify issue but we don’t have that setup. I see others have had the same issue. But no solutions yet.

Is there a Sonos product, which can plug into my home network and tune-in Sonos content, be controlled by the Sonos app, and stream music TO Airplay-ready amplifiers and receivers on the same network?

I have a Sonos system at home. I mainly play music via my Spotify account. I’m going on vacation and staying in a villa that has a Sonos system throughout the property. Is there a way to use that system and have access to my Sonos account’s Spotify playlists? FWIW, all the tunes on my playlists are also downloaded on my phone. Can I just add my Spotify account to their Sonos system, then delete the account when our vacation is over?

I had a roam device briefly, set up as an alarm during brief stay during travel, then returned the item and left the network/router behind, and now everyday the “Sonos alarm” pop up happens on my phone, but the device and associated Wi-Fi/network are long gone; but I can’t find a way to delete the speaker! Help! 

I thought it was my tv that caused the error and bought a new one. But the problem is also using that tv. So the error is caused by the Sonos Beam. The Beam is now unusable.

I have the S2 App on my android (Samsung S22) and once its all set up 4 rooms with 13 speakers in 4 rooms, then mysteriously it looses 3 of the rooms,Room 1 - Beam and 2 x Play 1s;Room 2 - 2 x Play 3s and two Play 1s;Room 3 - 2 Play 3s and two play 1s; and Room 4 two Play 1s;It looses everything but Room 1.  It doesn't seem to be anything specific, sometimes I can reboot my phone and they all come back other times not.  I do have a Sonos Boost, but not sure if Its part of the problem or just something else to consider. Help please, can we get the S2 App updated?  is there something easy I can do?  Most days I have to reset each speaker and setup the rooms again!  Ridiculous.

Forgive me if this has already been covered but my search didn’t find it. I would like to make my Roams a separate system for travel/holidays. I want the facility of a stereo pair so, as I understand it, Bluetooth doesn’t do what I want. If I try and reset them to do this and reset the app, then as soon as I log in with my email address, the app goes looking for the rest of the system it knows I have. Then it doesn’t seem to want me to connect to another network because it can’t find everything. My question: Do I need to create a new Sonos account with a different email so that I can have another “household”, or am I missing something obvious? TIA

This is being posted after contacting both Sonos and Samsung support.Using Sonos and playing MP3s on the phone, after playing until the phone sleeps, the connection stops, stopping the music.  So, the screen is black.  If the phone is then picked up and the lock screen appears, the music connection continues.I've contacted Samsung support, who feel the issue is with Sonos.  Their reasoning is, the phone stays connected to wifi for mail and text, so why not the Sonos wifi connection.  I have also changed MP3 players with no change in behavior.Both Sonos Roam and other bluetooth speakers play the MP3s without any interruptions.Posted internet solutions for Samsung phones provide instructions which do not match my Samsung S22+ options.

Hello! I’m using a Sonos Port since 6 months with my Denon AVR 1100w. Everything was going fine until a recent update (the one who added the new search bar). Since then, i’m exerpiencing many bugs : music stops, sonos port is lost… and I have to unplugg / plug again the device to get it working again.I tried a total reset of the Sonos port but it didn’t change anything. My Sonos Port is wired to a switch, wired to an Eero Pro 6 (Mesh, backhaul to my main Eero Pro).Other devices connected to the switch are working great, and I’ve done a port reservation for my Sonos device… Thank you so much for your help!   

Is it possible to listen to the Era 100 or 300 through headphones? If so, how? Bluetooth?

Hey, I have a strange issue with my sound on Arc when I’m watching/using specific apps on my TV.If I’m watching Youtube on my TV I keep losing sound every cca 30min for a couple of seconds and after that its back on. I can't guess what is causing it, because this happens just in a couple of apps and with others everything works flawlessly.There also no issues when I’m listening/streaming music directly to Sonos without TV.I was testing Youtube app like so that I switched back to TV speakers and after that there were no issues with the sound.Even don’t know if I can submit diagnostics if this happens every cca 30min? Problematic apps:Youtube T2 (local tv programs) Voyo (local streaming service)No problems with apps:Netflix HBO Amazon Prime Disney+TV model: Philips 75PUS8506
