Hello,i’ve been using for the last year an Arc+Sub(gen3)+2 Ones setup in my living room and everything worked as expected. The Arc is connected via Ethernet so all the speaker show as WM0Last week i bought two Era 300s to replace my ones a surrounds.I removed the Ones as surrounds from the app, configured the Eras and again, everything went well.After like two days i decided to plug my old Ones in other rooms of the house (bath and bedroom) and the first thing i noticed was that they still showed up as WM0, shouldn’t they show up as WM1 and not use SonosNet?But most importantly, as soon as i turn on the two old Ones the whole setup starts to mess up and randomly i get disconnections from the sub, stuttering from the Eras, and random stops on the Ones.Did i do somehing wrong in this process? should i have factory reset the ones after removing as surrounds or something like this? I’ve already checked that there are no duplicate ips, no interference or anything like that (besides as i sai

I can hear voices coming out of my rear ONE SL’s. Is this normal? As far as I understood the surrounds were only meant to output surrounding noises (things off screen for instance).

I am using a Beam and two Sonos Play 1 as surrounds for my TV. They are showing connected as left and right with the Beam. I have even completed the Truetune. All three work great when playing music, but when I watch TV I only get sound from the Beam. I have the volume on the Play 1 turned up on the app but no luck. I have done a factory reset. Not sure what I am missing. Any thoughts.

Hey AllJust installed my new Era 300 in my lounge and it sounds fab. Odd thing though is since doing that, my Roams won’t play Bluetooth content - as in I don’t hear anything through them. They pair ok with my phone and have the blue light (have tried all 3 individually, not all at once!).They play wifi content fine and I have re-booted them, and my phone. I even signed out of the app and back in again.Diagnostic 1397953160 raised.Any ideas?And just now paired the Era 300 to the phone and BT content plays fine out of it. Still no sound if I try a Roam though - that makes no sense!Also just tried the Move and that is also fine. Just the 3 Roams???Moderator edit: combined posts

I’ve just set up my ERC 300’s as a stereo pair and am playing Apple Music Spatial audio which is showing Atmos in the app. However I don’t notice any difference turning the Spatial Music Immersive option on or off. 

Audible now has a growing collection of Dolby Atmos material.Is that likely to be supported through the Sonos app at some point?I’m enjoying Atmos content much more through the Sonos speakers than while using headphones - so it’d be great to listen to this content with the speakers.

Anyone successfully hooked up A-series Emotiva Amp(s) to multi-room Sonos Ports?

My Sonos Roam and Move are inside house and neither are playing on Apple Music but Roam is playing on Bluetooth.

Hello,I am trying to connect my retroprojector with the sonos amp with wifi or bluetooth, but the sonos amp don’t seams to see the retroprojector.My retroprojector and Amp are both on the wifi but I can’t see it on the sonos app when k try to add a new systeme.when i plug the retroprojecteur with the HDMI cable, it works well, but the thing is that I need a realy long cable to put the retroprojector at the good spot.  I though it was possible to connect every device to the sonos amp by wifi or Bluetooth, but it doesnt seams to be the case.Any ideas ? Thank you !

Using Sonos Connect as a streamer (digital output) in a DAC amp, why can't I play 96 khz files ?My DAC can easily convert this file format but Sonos Controller tells me it’s not possible ….

Hi allsorry for the question but I am e new owner of ERA 300, first product that i bought!Is it possible open the Amazon Music Unlimited APP and listen for example the category Spazial Audio?Because I am not able to do it.Or is it necessary open “always” the SONOS APP to listen? In the SONOS APP I don’t have (we don’t have) for example the same category (Spatiual audio)….we need to search by Artist/Album…correct?

Hello, I just bought a soundbar Sonos Arc 5.0 Dolby Atmos and it seems to have some conectivity issue when I commute between the TV and a MI Box I am using. It only works on one of them and when I commute between the devices Sonos does not output the sound anymore, the sound is output by the device itself (only after the commute).My current setup is:Samsung TV UE48J5600MI BOX 4 -> connected to HDMI  (STB)Sonos Arc 5 -> connected to HDMI  (ARC)Xbox -> connected to HDMI (MHL/DVI)Is there anyway to solve my problem ? And make Sonos output for all devices ? Thank you !

A question for the moderator(s) of this community: since a couple of days I no longer receive mail when a new answer was added to a discussion I subscribed to. The last mail I received was on March 21, after that nothing. Is this a problem on my side or is it a community/Insided problem? BTW I did check my spambox, no mails there either.

Patio is about to start construction and need help setting up audio. I want to be able to hear music in the patio as well as near the fire pit which will be about 20 feet away. Also building a covered pavllion on the patio where I will be adding a tv as well. I’d like to hear the tv on all speakers if i wanted or if I wanted the pavillion to play whats on tv and the rest of the speakers to play music.  I think i would need two separate zones in order to acheive this.  I just purchased the sonance 6.1 garden series which comes with sonos amp.  I was thinking of getting mounted or in ceiling outdoor speakers for the pavillion so that would provide the audio for the tv and then connect them to another sonos amp.  Am i thinking this correctly? is there a more cost effective solution?  I am also thinking of keeping both amps outside in a covered enclosure and run ethernet cable outside to get direct internet connection vs wifi. The pavillion will have electrical outlets and i’m building a T

Moved my set of play 1’s from living room to bedroom. After deciding to purchase a set of era 100’s to place in bedroom I have tried to remove bedroom location on my system through the app but unable. My system now has living room with all home theater speakers listed and now has the bedroom listed with one play1 speaker and the living room is listed again with the other play 1. Is there any way to remove the 2 rooms not being used and speakers not being used.  Any help would be appreciated 

Sonos One SL Speaker issue with 1 of 2 speakers in bedroom, just randomly quit working.  Both soft/hard resets performed, but no connection.  Resets went thru their steps and appeared to have no issues.  Speaker was installed 7 months ago, along with 9 others.  No other speaker in our home has ever had an issue, like we are experiencing here.All help is appreciated!

We are four people in our familiy and we have four sonos devices spread around the house which we all use from time to time to stream Spotify from our own accounts. It all works very well when we use the app. However whenever somebody uses Google Assistent voice control to play a song on spotify it automatically streams music using my spotify account - regardles of who gives the control. This happens even if i’m at work. How can we set it up, so it uses their own? If that’s not possible how can we then make a shared account for the house - and use our own private when out? Cheers!

Since the 15.2.1 update my system looses the date and time whenever the power goes out even briefly (so the wifi router resets), with the result that alarms do not function. (Living in Maine, such power flickers are frequent) The first time it happened support suggested deleting and reinstalling the app on my phone, which worked (XR running 16.3.1). The second time it happened simply restarting the app fixed it. The third time, nothing helps: restarting, resetting, reinstalling in both my phone and iPad. Trying to check for updates results in a 1101 error. Any advice appreciated!

Was enjoying music on several zones, via old connect:amp, and hooked up newer connect in pool house for spring; did an update to pool house connect and now no connect:amps or Play 5 are showing up in Sonos S1 controller.  I have S2 on my phone to control music at other locations but use S1 at home.

Both Alexa and hey Sonos have stopped working. I can play music thru the app, but all voice control is gone. I rebooted speakers, deleted and reconnected WiFi, deleted and added both voice controls (which worked upon initial so mics are working) but then would not work after setup. I signed out of every account and logged back in. Nothing!!!!! Is the Sonos server down? Thx Jackie

Replaced my 1SL with pair of Era 100 for surrounds was watching Netflix and whole sound cut out, like muted. Video was on a ATV4K still playing had to pause and exit all the way out to main menu restart the show to get sound. Watched some regular cable tv and doesn’t appear to be doing it that way.

I'd like to be able to EQ my turntable and have it set differently than the normal EQ settings I have going through my beam 2 and surrounds while watching TV or streaming music.My first issue is that when I add the Connect to the TV room it creates a separate TV Room 2. I'd like to just add it to the existing room but it doesn't seem possible.When music is playing via turntable to connect to tv room setup, the EQ with the Connect doesn't do anything for the sound. It is only when I go to the speakers playing the music, tv room, I can change EQ settings. Id like to just have something set for the turntable as it needs a little more bass and don't want to have to change EQ settings when switching back to TV. Basically TV Room 2 EQ doesn't work at all.Can I just add the connect to the TV Room?Can I have a separate EQ setting just for the connect/turntable only, that will play music in my TV room setup?My setup is aTV RoomBeam Gen 2Surrounds SL gen 2TV Room 2Turntable into Sonos Connect Ge
