Hey there, 

 

I bought a New Open Box Sonos Roam from Best Buy and it sounds like it’s playing with a pillow over it. Very muffled sounds. Any idea what could be wrong? 
 

So far I’ve only tried it on Bluetooth 

We could speculate, but it might be better to generate a diagnostics report and contact Sonos support. They can check more real data than anyone on these forums. 


Or, contact Best Buy. I’ve never had an issue with many open box purchases, including Sonos Subs, but that doesn’t mean it’s not possible….

 


Issue resolved: it’s a faulty product.  


I’d have thought Best Buy would be doing a better job of checking that….perhaps I’ve just been lucky so far.
