I go to add a service and it’s blank. No list is there. Any idea of why or how to solve this? Earlier today there was a list and I was able to add services, now no list is there.

Which version of Sonos, S1 or S2? Have you checked your address on www.sonos.com? Have you rebooted your router and speakers? Which services are you trying to add? What kind of connection does your Sonos have, is one device wired to your router, or do they all connect to your wifi signal? What Sonos devices do you have?


I actually restarted my phone and that fixed it!
