Reconditioned Play5 gen 1

Hi all, new to Sonos, and having issues connecting my reconditioned play5 gen1 to S1 app on IOS. also I have a yellow flashing light (not green) as all the instructions say.

Can anyone suggest how I can rectify this?

If you’ve read the FAQ, then I’d recommend that you call Sonos Support directly to discuss it. I’d be particularly concerned about the ‘reconditioned’ status.
