Connecting sonos one to home wifi

I am pulling my hair out. I recently changed my WiFi provider so aware I need to move my Sonos one onto the new network however this doesn't seem to automatically take me through the process. I have factory reset the system a number of times and I still get notifications to connect to Sonos temporary WiFi. I tried to connect using the S1 app but diverts me to the updated Sonos app. Not sure what the issue is here but really frustrating. Was working fine until I changed WiFi provider.

I have seen other advice to reboot the system which I have done but still no succes.

Any advice much appreciated.

Thanks

Doing a factory reset is never a good idea, it erases not only any settings you had stored, but also any data that might help Sonos help you.

Try wiring your Sonos One directly to your router with an Ethernet cable. It should be relatively easy from there, and once you’ve got it set up, you can remove the cable, if desired.
