I have Sonos at 2 gyms.
And at both of them SONOS can suddenly change song 10-20sec into a song…...this happens a few times every day.
I have the latest update on both places so what else can i do?

This sounds rather like WiFi interference - maybe see if the things mentioned in this link will resolve the matter for you:
