I can reach with my iphone and I-pad but Symfonisk lamp doesn’t work with android phone… any suggestion to solve the problem?

Can you explain what “doesn’t work” entails?


The phone android doesn’t recognize the symfonisk speaker while no problems with iphone or ipad in the same wi-fi, do you think could be an app problem?

Welcome to the Sonos Community!

This will either be a networking issue - if the Android device is connecting via a different WiFi Access Point, for example - or some other software on your Android device is blocking a connection, like a firewall.

I recommend you get in touch with our technical support team who have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and what it reports.
