I want to play you tube tv audio into sonos port to send throughout my house.

HiI’ve successfully setup the Sonos App (latest) to my iPad, but when trying to setup on my iPhone and am consistently told to make sure that the phone is connected to the network, which it is. I’ve rebooted everything with no luck. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Please can anyone help. I keep getting a Sonos update failure, after putting in the correct password and having checked the System setting app management for Sonos is on? I really do not want to have to go through the whole uninstall/reinstall unless i have to!Thanks.

How can I use two Era 100 speakers in two separate rooms (kitchen and family room) together but without stereo pairing ?

Most of the questions I see posted are about where to mount the wall mounts. What I would like to know now that I have the speakers level horizontally is there a way to adjust them vertically? In other words they appear to sag where the front is lower than the rear? By the way the Dolby Atmos is absolutely mind blowing!

I’m in the US and own a sonos move. I’ve been trying to enable Alexa on the app, but it isn’t even offered as an option. No google assistants either. The only thing that shows is the Sonos voice assistant.Any ideas would be appreciated

Are the Trueplay settings preserved for each speaker if the Sonos app is reinstalled on Android?

Cant access music library. Error message shown. Believed it is blocked by ESET firewall.Help please

I recently updated my wifi router and went to connect my Play 3 and two Play 1’s to it. However, my Sonos app is only picking up my Play 3 and one of the Play 1’s, its just not picking up the other Play 1 at all. Ive tried the ‘find Sonos products’ in the app several times and no luck. I considered doing a factory reset, however the instructions advise against this for troubleshooting purposes. Any ideas?

My wife wants to use her own Spotify account and create her own alarms, does she need to download the Sonos app and create her own account?

I recently set up a Yamaha record player to play through a port and paired Era 100s.when streaming from Spotify the bass reproduction is reasonable however when I play any records there is a complete lack of bass. other than attaching a sub is there something I am missing?

I am building a new home. In our great room we will have a frame TV, sonos amp and 6 architectural  in ceiling speakers. 2 of the speakers will be in the kitchen and I want to be able to control the volume of the kitchen speakers separately from the other 4. Sonos says that typically 4 speakers are used per amp but if you use Sonos Architectural speakers (8 ohms) u can use 6, but then they need to be wired in parallel. My question is: can I use a simple wall-mounted volume control dial to control the volume of the two kitchen speakers?

It s several months that i cannot listen anymore music charge on my cellular android by using usual sonos app. How to solve it? Thx

I understand this has been solved multiple times, however those are usually by people with airplay devices. I have an iPhone 8 and a IOS 16.1 update. I have just received a play one for Christmas and set it up. I am able to play music but I can only adjust the volume manually on my phone (the volume buttons on the side) while in the app. While on my lock screen I do not see the song nor can I control the volume via my phone. I have made sure to enable Lock Screen controls, turn on hardware volume control. I have tried multiple solutions such as toggling the controls and resetting devices, however it does not seem to work. I don’t believe it would be any airplay because I do not have any airplay devices. My tv is an older vizio and is not capable. I do not have a Roku. I’m just not sure why I’m unable to control unless in the app.

Hi I have several albums saved to ‘My Sonos’ which are from Amazon Music. When I play an album, it only plays one track and does not continue to play the rest of the album. This is basic functionality even cassette tapes could achieve in the 1980s.Please advise how to fix this issue. Note if I search for an album in Amazon Music and play directly (do not save to My Sonos) then it does queue the rest of the album automatically.I think a lot of customers have this issue, appreciate you fixing in the next app release.

I just purchased a refurbished Sonos Move from the Sonos online shop. the product doesn't work: I followed the instructions, placed Move on the charging base but nothing happens, no light, it doesn't turn on, nothing works. I tried several times to press the power button long and briefly but nothing happens. any idea what it could be?

Hi! The verizon fios remote cannot adjust the tv volume. It works OK on the app.

I have a Arc, with 2x Play 1’s, and a Gen 3 Subwoofer for my Surround Sound system.  I have it connected to my Samsung TV, and I use Samsung’s native streaming apps to watch my media.  I can repeat an experience that occurs during Wheel of Time, Season 2, ep 5, about 10 min in,  A startling loud pop occurs, then the Center Channel drops off.

If I have my computer on, will Sonos voice assistance play songs from my Music Library?

Have seen a video from Not Enough Tech, regarding using 2 era 300 as surrounds and 2 era 300 as a stereo pair, along with arc and 2 subs. What do you think of his setup?

Helloi am unable to search for music in Tidal through Sonos, though the service is connected. Anyone know the reason for this?

Hi.I’ve a new Mac PC instead of my old Win PC.How do I connect the MacBooks Sonos app to my hidden wifi?

Good morning,I installed :An ERA 100A PLAY 1A PlayBar (+ Sub)Two SYMFONISK shelvesI connect from my mobile via BlueTooth to ERA100 and I stream the music from the Deezer application on my phone.I want to pair PlayBar (+Sub) and it worksI want to pair the two SYMFONISKs the indicator says it's good, but no sound comes out. But if I press the stop button on the SYMFONISK it also cuts off the ERA100. So I am well connected but no sound. The same thing happens if I want to pair ERA100 with PLAY 1And from time to time I get this message:“Unable to connect to the device, please try later”I then have to turn off the speakers electrically.I only have this problem with the ERA100, all other combinations work. The application is up to date. Thanks for your helpSincerely

Deezer on Sonos is regularly either stopping and starting again or skipping songs.  This is definitely not linked with our internet connection (very stable - up to 1 gb). This happens in our two places … and it’s random… some days it’s perfectly ok, some days it terrible especially while streaming “flow” or   No stop through the app on phone, or on the TV…Sonos works perfectly with all other streaming… just Deezer is doing that..definitely you have a bug or something not efficient in the buffering… Btw same problem on Sonos 1 or Sonos 2… we have both configurations in two different places…I contacted Deezer who told me to contact you as you are in charge of the API

I just bought an Audio Technica LP 120 and am trying to connect it via Bluetooth to my existing Sonos setup which includes an ARC soundbar and 2 ERA 100’s. I’ve been through the manual and online and cannot seem to figure out how to do it. Thus far I’ve tried (many times) to pair the turntable with one of the ERA 100’s that is about 3 physical feet from the turntable.I would certainly appreciate any help that can be provided. Thank you in advance.
