I have two Sonos Roam speakers can I use a wifi or bluetooth microphone and set them up as a PA for a meeting?

I have an Echo Dot in my lounge and also a Sonos Amp connected to non Sonos speakers. I also have other Sonos speakers in other rooms. If I ask my Dot to play something on the Lounge Amp it always plays to my Kitchen Play 1! I can also ask it to play on my other Sonos speakers in other rooms which it will do. However if I ask it to play on my Lounge it always plays in the kitchen! Whatever process I try, I just can’t get it to play to my Amp despite following online instructions.Help please. Thanks. 

I have older Sonos speakers (play 1 and 3 as well as the play bar and the sub) that worked great.  I have just moved to a new place.  My Wi-Fi provider gave me a new router and now I can’t seem to connect any of my speakers.  I have tried a factory reset on one play 1 and the sub but that didn’t work.  I am wondering if there is an issue with the Wi-Fi b/g and whatever the latest Wi-Fi protocols are.  Would that be causing the issue?  If not what suggestions do you have?

played music yesterday - Spotify service on Sonos - now Spotify is no longer in my music service list and not selectable….! I’ve lost Spotify!!! Anyone else? Surely not just me

Hey folksfirst time poster here, so, sorry if there is already a discussion on this topic somewhere, I’ve looked around but couldn’t find one. If there is, please direct me <3 Current system: I’ve had a Port and 2x Play:1s for a while now. It is an amazing sound that fills the room and isn’t overly directional. I use it for:Music over Sonos Radio or Spotify, duh. Have a ProJect T1 turntable and Dual amp connected to the Port. Use them as Apple TV speakers via AirPlay to the Port. The choice:So, I’ve been thinking about getting a Beam 2. Visually it looks much better than the Arc as it is smaller and I don’t own a TV. But I’d also be open to an Arc if it makes more sense.First, I kinda expect points 1&2 to “just work”™ I expect to group the 3 speakers up with the Port, because those use cases are first-class citizens in the Sonos ecosystem.My concern was with number 3 - if it actually makes sense getting a Beam (or Arc) due to the fact that AirPlay probably limits the playback qu

Hi, I’ve just updated my Sonos speaker and I can no longer search for Spotify - is there an issue with Sonos?  Or Spotify? Thanks on advance

The Spotify service is no longer available in my Sonos system and I’m unable to re-add it?  Anybody else having any issues?

Though Sonos status indicates that Spotify is functioning normally, I still cannot connect to Spotify…Does anyone else have this situation?

Hello,I purchased a play 5 (gen 1) speaker from Grey bears. I don’t have an amp. The speaker has been updated and I am able to play music from the Sonos S1 app.I’d like to hook it up to my Vizio TV, if possible. I tried a a 3.5mm Adapter but no sound. Is there another option?  

I want to add Spotify to my Sonos music services and for some reason it is not showing up. Also, when i use the Spotify app and choose the sonos device to play music it does not play through Sonos Move speaker but keeps playing on the phone itself. I can play on the other Sonos devices I have. I have updated the country in the app, this doesn’t seem to work either. Totally confused!

Hi, this morning i had to delete Spotify from sonos app.I wanted to reinstall it this evening and i can't find it anymore in thé app. She totally disappear from search bar result to add a service 

My Sirius is not playing on Sonos.Amazon Music and Tune In Radio stations are playing fine.Saved Sirius stations sping and return, “Unable to play the Radio station.”If I go to Browse=>SiriusXM=>Live and Extra Channels, it spins for a moment and returns “Unable to browse music”.This is happening on PC, Android, and iPad controllers.I first noticed it this afternoon; Sirius had been playing fine all weekend.https://status.sonos.com/ does not indicate any problems. I have gone to Settings=>Services & Voice=>SiriusXM=>Reauthorize Account and confirmed I’m signed in.

Sonos suddenly stopped working, and when trying to re connect, an error 500 occurs saying that we can’t configure your Spotify account at the moment.What to do?And no “restart router” answers, please.

I have a Sonos Beam (gen 1), and recently noticed that it can’t seem to handle monaural sound. I have a number of blu-rays in mono (Dolby Digital or DTS 1.0), but the Beam won’t output the sound. If I unplug the HDMI cable then plug it back in, it does play the sound out of the left channel for a second, but then loses it again. Anybody else found this issue, or know of a solution?

Hi, I currently don't have any SONOS kit but I am considering an ARC + Subwoofer + 2 x Era 300 for surround speakers. My question is if I adopt that setup can the two Era 300 speakers used as surround speakers be used as standalone speakers to play streaming music (as opposed to Home Cinema via the ARC soundbar) or does configuring the speakers in this way somehow prohibit using them as standalone speakers?

Previously, we had our album artwork showing correctly on our PC Controllers and o our phones (iPhone and Samsung Galaxy) My partner has poor eyesight, so relies on the artwork to identify the album he wants to play. Now, the artwork isn’t showing on either phone, but it is there in both PC’s Controllers?We have done a Music Library update on both controllers, but the problem is still there.Can you help please?(As we have an older Sonos 5, we are still on Sonos S1 system)

How do I lower the base on my sinus 5

I switched from a Sonos S1 networked system using NAS drive to just using the music off my computer.  Upon doing this and updating my system software - the 2 CR200’s no longer work.  I read some previous posts that the using a networked system - the CR200’s will still work.  Do I have to switch back to my NAS drive or is my CR200’s finally dead?  Thanks Brian

In the process of upgrading my Sonos 1 system, which actually works well for me, apart from an ongoing problem of zones appearing and disappearing and not being able to be reliably grouped. I don’t think I would upgrade if it wasn’t for this problem - Sonos 2 gives me no obvious benefits for my use case.Purchased a new Sonos Amp to start my upgrade and understand the process and the improvements. What I immediately noticed is that when the Amp is plugged in all zones in the Sonos 1 system are listed reliably and can be grouped and ungrouped at will. Unplug the Amp and old situation returns.Both Amp snd old system (8 zones) are showing as being on SonosNet and all zones are wired where possible.My question is this: is the Amp fulfilling the same function as a Boost would fulfil? Or in other words, will the purchase of a Boost solve my zone dropout problem? If yes, I may not bother moving to Sonos 2, saving over £4k and a whole ton of hassle. Hello,I have iTunes 12.12 on a Windows 11 PC.  I have lots of iTunes Playlists, but I do not know where on the PC they are stored.My iTunes Media Folder is set to D:/iTunesLibrary.I have set the Sonos app to look for my Music Library in D:/iTunesLibrary and also a folder called D:/iTunes.  I have imported the PC’s music library numerous times into Sonos, and the mp3 files appear, but the playlists do not appear in the “Imported Playlists” area.I have previously imported the folder C:Users/Username/Music into Sonos, and that has not caused the playlists to appear.  Evidently the playlists are in none of these three folders (??).Can anyone suggest1- How can I ask my Windows PC “In which folder on this PC are the iTunes playlists located?”or2- Any suggestions for how to make the playlists appear in the Sonos “Imported Playlists” tab?

When  I hit ther green dots to the right of My Stations, the only thing it offers me is “Remove from My Sonos.” I want to add stations. Any suggestions on how to fix this problem? Thanks.

Hi, I have my Sonos App language set as English / UK, my Spotify App is set to English / UK, my Samsung mobile is English / UK.When i access Spotify App native, it is correct and text / titles are in English.When I access the Spotify service from my Sonos App (embedded), it shows up with German or French headings.  If i then click the ‘pop-out’ icon to jump out the Sonos App to Spotify (native), the language headings are all English as I’d expect.  But close it down and drop back to the Sonos App view of Spotify and its German / French!?I have checked every language option on Sonos App, Spotify and Android and even confirmed on a web browser log-in and its all flagged correctly for me, as English - open Sonos App and its incorrect.Can anyone help here, user error or issue on the Sonos side?Thanks in advance
