I’m in the US and own a sonos move. I’ve been trying to enable Alexa on the app, but it isn’t even offered as an option. No google assistants either. The only thing that shows is the Sonos voice assistant.
Any ideas would be appreciated

Maybe check your country settings in the address held in your Sonos account online profile and ensure it’s set to US. Here is a link for you to follow/check:

It you do need to update it, it can take a short while for it to feedback to your device/App, but just see if the setting is correct to begin with.

for some reason it had me as living in the Czech Republic. I’m thinking maybe my VPN messed things up, but now that I’ve updated my address everything works.
