Hi

I’ve successfully setup the Sonos App (latest) to my iPad, but when trying to setup on my iPhone and am consistently told to make sure that the phone is connected to the network, which it is.

 

I’ve rebooted everything with no luck.

 

Any suggestions?

Company phone? With VPN software?


All sorted.

It was down to system preference, for some reason the Sonos app settings defaulted to network off, once switched to on, it setup easily.
