Hi,Help needed from the forum please!My set up - Arc, era 300 (x2) as surrounds and a mini sub connected via eARC to LG G2 tv. When connected via apple 4K I have no sound on Netflix or Prime apps when settings are set to Dolby Atmos, when I switch to 5.1 I have sound across all streaming services. Dolby Atmos works on the normal TV and the Apple TV app, but not the Netflix or Prime apps via the apple TV 4K, the only work around is switching the setting to 5.1 on the apple 4K settings. Can anyone help me with this, as I would ideally not have to switch setting and hoped that the apple 4K would auto switch between atmos and 5.1 when available without changing settings time and time again?Thanks  

I have a ARC, Sub, two One SL, and just picked up 2 Era 100s. I didn't realize that you can't add more than 2 surrounds when I purchased the Era 100s. The idea was the create 7.1 surround here which I guess is only truly achievable buy purchasing the Era 300s. But the price tag on those is insane for two of them. As a work around I have the SL ones now configured as stereo only and the Era 100s are now my surrounds. I can get the stereo only pair to play along with the setup but it's super annoying to have to use this work around. When will we get an update to enable 4 surround speakers without having to do this work around? If I had known about this earlier I wouldn't have purchased the additional units. They also can't be controlled with the same remote unless you purchase a third party remote to control them at the same time or manage the sound directly through the app. So everything I turn the TV on I have to manually group the additional stereo only speakers to the rest of the sys

Why doesnt my sonos 1 with alexa complete my verbal command to 'play Jazz on Pandora'?  Sonos 1 repeats: 'playing jazz on Pandora' BUT-- doesnt play the station at all, just silence.   However, when I use sonos 1 via sonos app/room, it plays the pandora station I requested? How can I fix this?  

 Good afternoon, I thought I was quite good at setting up the system but obviously not and hope you can asssist? I have system set up at home address below with 6 Sonos various speakers etc and all perfect until I purchased a Sonos Roam to be used elsewhere ( in our mobile home with different wifi). Not only can I  not set it up elsewhere but have messed up settings at home and cannot get access to my account or system as they are not highlighting? Would you have an idiots guide for me so I can sort please.

Really odd issue today. I am a long time owner of Sonos and have had this current set up for almost a year now.This morning I found out I cannot play any Spotify to Sonos via the Sonos App or Spotify Direct Control. It also does not work starting via Alexa. The experience I see if it connects to sonos via DC and I can even control the volume and see it relect in the Sonos app along with the song it is trying to play. But when I try to play, it looks like it is playing for 5-10s with no sound then skips to the next song. In the Sonos app it says it is unable to play the song - it lost connection to spotify, it does this for every song it skips. This is the same for playing via the Sonos App, not DC. I attached a screenshot below for the error when trying via Sonos App and another for the two spotify options that show up. When I called Customer Support to get help, we tried a number of things including: reboot all Sonos products (all unplugged then all plugged back in), reboot my modem a

I am considering purchasing the Ultimate Immersive set w/Arc but before I pull the trigger, want to see if I can use my existing speakers. If so, what do I need to accomplish this?  Would one Sonos Amp connect to all?Fronts= Polk audio RTI70 floor standing speakersCenter= Klipsch RC-52 IIPowered Sub= Klipsch R-12SW If possible, I also have a pair of Definitive AW-6500’s outside that are currently not connected to anything that I would like to connect. Would the Gen2 Sonos connect amp be suitable for these? A Yamaha RX-V675 receive is currently powering them. I don’t care if I lose the receiver as I intend on Sonos (whatever I get)replacing its functionality for occasional FM Music and Movie watching. Thanks for any insight into my question. Victor

Is it possible to connect my CD-player with USB-connection via PC & Windows media player to my Sonos Play 5?I have no problem to stream music on my PC to Sonos Play 5. The CD-player shows up on the media player, but I can not stream the music to Sonos, like I can with local music albums on the PC.

When i put my sonos move on the charging base it will automatically connect to content on my phone that i wasn’t even listening to or watching and suddenly it is blaring in my house.  OMG is that irritating!!  I NEVER want auto play, period.  Can they not add a setting to prevent that from happening regardless of what app is causing it to start??  That was a rhetorical question, obviously Sonos could do that.  Is there some way of accomplishing what i’m asking about?  Please help!

Hi guys,I´ve been searching internet for almost a year now and I still can´t find anyone who sells the-best-for-my-daughter´s-room speaker, which I believe to be Play:1. I don´t expect it to be new of course, fairly used and treated will do. Can you point me to a right direction or maybe you sell one yourself?I live in Czech Republic (Czechia now).Let me know, thanks!JJ

I’ve had my Era 300s for many months now and just last night one of them made an ear-piercing alarm noise. I unplugged it and plugged it back in.It was fine until tonight when it did the same thing again.I sent a diagnostic report to Sonos and after that, I installed an update I found in the Sonos app.I have an Arc and 2 subs connected with the Era 300s. I saw the similar issue posted on here with the Arc, but mine is clearly coming from my Era 300.  I’m wondering if anyone with the Era 300 has experienced the same issue? 

My beam will play music from my iPhone and it’s connected onto my system which is the same system as my Google TV. However, I cannot get it to play audio for the TV. The TV recognizes the beam because it switches automatically to it and when I disconnected the TV automatically switches back to TV audio. I have changed cables, and that did not help. Anyone have suggestions

Hi,I bought the Sonos Roam SL recently, and use it with bluetooth. But every 2/3 songs, like 6/7 minutes, the music suddenly stop playing for like a second, then restarts. And it repeats every time, it’s not a random non reproductible issue.I’ve already resetted it, my app and my software is up to date.Can you help me ? Thanks a lot

Hello everyone. My query is about the Sonos application that I use from the iPad.When I play music from apple tv 4k in apple music, everything sounds perfect. But when I play music from the sonos app the songs in dolby atmos sound bad, the mix is ​​almost complete on the rear speakers Era 300. this happens a week ago. My family room has a Sonos Arc, Sonos AMP with 2 in-ceiling speakers (not Sonos Architectual), and a Sonos Sub. Whenever I try to run Trueplay it gives me an error of “Lost Speaker”. I’ve factory reset the Arc and SUB and set everything up again, but still the same error.Also tried moving the iPhone closer to the ARC and no joy. Diagnostics Number: 554718305Thanks for the help!

So having owned a play 1 and play 3 for a few years yes they are normally powered off. However In preparation for a party and knowing that I previously setup a group to allow Spotify to play playlists, I come to find that groups appear to have disappeared from the sonos app.Anyone have any suggestions how to create this as I have read through various boards, but cannot see it.under products I have dining room as play1 and office as play 3. Getting them grouped to play Spotify should be simple enough

Dear all,Hi, I’m a new Sono user.I would like to ask here some questions and search for suggestions, so let’s start:AFAIK TruePlay is configurable only with iPhone. What if I have only Android? Isn’t there another way? Which speakers are compatible with my Sonos Beam Gen 2 to expand my Home Theater System? Are there compatible speakers that are wireless and rechargable? My goal is to use them only when needed, so when I play a movie and then place them somewhere when not used. In case I add two speakers, are then they added as back-left and back-right speaker? I mean on a Dolby audio movie I’ll able to listen the ambient sound coming from behind with the back audio channels? Last but not least, what would you give priority to expand my setup. Starting from a little subwoofer or starting from the rear satellite speakers?Thanks a lot to all!Simon

Have picked out the Ultimate which includes the ARC, Subwofer, and 2 ERA 300s. I have 3 questions:Do I Need, Should I get, 2 additional ERA 300s for the front of the room or will the ARC suffice? Is that overkill? Because of 11 or 12 foot ceiling should I get adjustable stands versus fixed for the two rear ERA 300s? I just purchased a Yamaha RX-A4A how will the Sonos system connect up to it?
