Back again with my questions….and today it goes like this:  There was a little bird flying pass my ears who mention something bout the Sonos Ray could be used as a surround-speaker and intentionally it could be placed in a vertical position. And that somehow COULD produce the “missing” up-fireing speaker in a Beam G2/Arc config.
Of course you need two Ray’s like any other surround-speaker if you wondered.

Is this possible?

No.

There was wild speculation at one time though.
